Moving objects while your in astral projection? "OBE"?

Is it possible to move a object through astral projection "OBE"? I think this is kind of a good experience but I never managed to have an OBE before. Would it take allot of energy just to move one object like a pencil, pen or something? Or is it not possible?

Astral Projection and OBE are different things. I think what you're looking for is OBE, which takes place in the physical world. Astral Projection takes place on the Astral Plane, which is not connected to the physical world. Just a semantic correction I suppose.

Disclaimer: this is just my opinion based on experience and research.

yes and no. yes because some people believe lucid dreaming (non consensus reality) is a form of astral projection. I have moved a simple coke can across the table with my mind effortlessly through the lucid dream vehicle and have easily created a park like environment with trees and grass. No because on the other hand people believe that the astral realm "OBE" is a "consensus reality" meaning "what a group or culture chooses to believe" Environments like this are hard to minipulate because they are held together by millions of other beings beliefs. Under these circumstances Its easier to control abilities with in yourself like flying, and teleporting from place to place but moving a tree from one side to another can prove difficult. The higher up you go in the astral realms (mental, causal, buddhic) the more abstract things become and the easier it is to create and move things outside of yourself with your mind. In my humbble opinion. I hope this helps some. namaste.

I have seen a spirit move objects a couple of times while I was awake. It seems that the objects were moved by changing where they had been previously rather than accelerating them from one place to another. It seems likely to me that a person who is sufficiently adept at lucid dream type stuff should be able to do the same thing. I don't know how this would relate to astral projection, though I don't think that the 'astral' world is totally disconnected from the physical world. Its possible to create something like a sound which resonates and affects things in the physical world. Whether that sound is 'astral' I don't know, I've just know that its not a vibration in air that you can hear.
