      Time spent asleep: 6 hours, 30 minutes (9:00 PM 20 AUG 2012 - 3:30 AM 21 AUG 2012)
      Significant Dreamsigns: No dream recall.

      No dream recall tonight. I was exhausted and went to bed early yesterday. I also had exercised watching the evening news from 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM, which is different from my morning routine, because the weather is starting to get cooler outside.
