      Question about astral projection

      Hi,

I had a strange experience last night and i was not to sure if it was astral projection or not.I do a lot of lucid dreaming via my sleep paralysis. Normally when i have a SP episode i focus on the feeling and then i start falling into a black void, then at some point the dreamscape start to appear. But last night i didnt fall in the black void, my roomate was making noize so i was not able.Instead, i just got stuck in my body but i was able to see my wall so i start focusing on reaching the wall and i finally got out.I look in my room and i saw my little brother and is friend talking and i also saw myself sleeping.I whent in the apartment and a bit outside and then i wake up.I was sure that i just ad a astral projection but then i realize that my brother and is friend were still sleeping and that my body was in the opposite direction of what i saw.I was wondering what did happen??? is that astral projection ??? if yes why it was not like the exact reality

I also have a other question : I was wondering how to do astral projection or OBE via my sleep paralysis since i got a lot of them and aim pretty use to it.When i got them i always fall into that black void....

      I hope someone can help
      Thanks
      Steve

couple suggestions. if you reach SP you can try doing several different techniques which are popular like rotating out, rolling out, rope technique etc. also if you fall into a LD you can fly straight up out of the dream.

I dont know, i found that in my Lucid dream iam not able to control as much so if in a LD i cant justfly out of the bodyidk why....Yesterday when i was thinking it was a astral projection, it was easier for me to do what i want to.i use a technique but i always use it to go in that void, before lucid deeming.

Like should i focus on getting out of my body instead of falling ???? cause when i feel the SP i think i can do want i want but maybe i think to much about LD....But sometime its hurting...the vibration-falling sensation is very strong...Iam not afraid of the feeling anymore since i start having them at 4-5 years hold but now, sometime its hurting, not that much but enough to make me want a wake up instead of going somewhere else....

if you're reaching strong vibrations it should be easy to get out. whenever i get strong vibrations like that it's just a matter of thinking about floating out and it happens quickly and easily. the falling sensation for me sometimes happens as my energy body is actually starting to get out. the "black void" you're talking about before vision comes in could just be that you don't have your sight in your energy body yet. not sure if that's what you're experiencing but if it is then you can try asking for clarity or help with anything but be specific. say something like "now i see with my energy eyes" until your vision comes or you can even try prying them open with your hands. as far as your experience the other night and seeing your brother that to me sounds like a dream but only you can know for sure. the difference is pretty clear though if you do have an OBE you will know for sure that you did.

I have no actual experience in AP but I've researched it as much as I could because that is my main focus, and to my knowledge it was an AP because you focused on your body and not a visualization. as for your next Q like I said, anchor yourself to something from this world and not a dreamscape. But I still don't know for myself if this method separates the conscious mind or the soul. I'm trying each night with all my might to separate my soul from my body. in due time I will inevitably succeed and enter the akashic records aswell see my past/future.

Ps. people believe this is witchcraft so beware.

Hi i'm reading Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce at the moment and he explains the difference between astral projection in real time and astral projection in other realms. Only in real time will your room etc.. be exactly how it is. I cant really tell you anymore as i've just started it myself and don't want to give you bad info but you could check it out. Amazon has second hand copies or if you have a kindle its about five euro.
