      how do i astral project

      I have been practicing on and off for 7 months. Ive reached a second numb layer like the first but stronger and it can be painful. Anyone know how close I am to projecting.

      You really mean how do i astral project ( not how do i lucid dream ) ?
      Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

      Not sure what is a numb layer...
      Relaxation and concentration is only thing I ever needed. From spontaneous astral projection to induced one it took me 4-5 years. Years of experimentation and exercises... But my brother needed only about half of year... I guess he is natural
