I have NEVER done tarot cards before so I find it interesting I would have dream with "possible tarot cards" In it. This is the dream I had:

Into Dream 3:

I'm at a table in a not so well-lit room. The table itself it well-lit but the rest isn't. At this point a door across from me opens. Bright light comes in with it and a figure comes. Sure enough, its Jareth. He sits down at the opposite side of the table from me and while looking at me starts dealing out cards. I'm not sure if this is a card game or what. Then I notice he only places 5 cards in front of me all face down. He still has his eyes fixed on me and hasn't spoken a word. As I'm sure confusion crosses my face, he smirks. UGH that smirk!!!

Me: "What are we doing here?"
Jareth: "Shhhhh... I'll get to it" He starts flipping the cards over one by one. I don't look until he laughs. I look down at the cards. I have no idea what any of them mean.

I've never been dealt cards like this before.

I see a knight on a horse, holding a jousting stick pointing outwards.

Me: "whats so funny, what does it mean?"
Jareth: "Have you ever been dealt happiness?"
Me: "what do you mean, I've been happy a lot. I try to spread my happiness with others. Happiness is everywhere you look." He laughs.
Jareth: "Are you sure about that? Are you sure you've been truly happy?" I look down at the cards and they seem to be shimmering now.
Me: "I feel like I have, what does this all mean!?" I wave my hand over the cards and in his general direction. I'm getting a tad frustrated.
Jareth: "You will see soon enough." smirks and places his hand on mine. He is slightly leaning over the table and I can see him better. "You will find out, no need to be angry. Its good. Its happiness."

I feel like I'm fading and being pulled backwards... "JARETH!!!" I wake up.

This dream was also lucid as most of my dreams are. Also for those who don't know yet, Jareth is not anyone I have met in waking life yet (If he's as real as he claims) so I call him my dream guy

I'm still trying to figure out what in the world they mean to me!? I mean for never even looking at tarot cards to even know what each one is... to have them appear in a dream with resemblance to waking life tarot cards.. I suppose it means something... Jareth says happiness. I don't get happiness from death.

I thought maybe you'd look up the individual meanings, but I can see how you must feel so overwhelmed by the seeming madness of it all. Mi amiga, this kind of stuff happens to me all the time. Get used to it! You're in for the ride of your life. HAHAHAA

So, I'll give you my personal interpretation of this spread dealt to you by a possibly sentient dream character. Keep in mind there is no negative or positive tarot card. All cards have a negative and positive aspect.

Interpretation:

The Knight of Swords
A Knight with dragonfly wings, decisive and daring, Jareth comes to you, traveling across space and time. He seeks his Princess.

The Emperor
Divine Masculine, Divine Father. Jareth desires for you to be his Empress, his Queen.

The Sun
Jareth awakens in you a sweet innocence, the wide-eyed magic-believing mind of your Inner Child.

Judgment
The archangel Michael blasts his horn, and your soul is reborn into a greater Lucidity.

Death
Your old false belief systems die away as you realize the Truth: Jareth is real. The implications are amazing.

The symbolism of the archetypes of the tarot are very deep. Each individual card has much meaning which you can research.

The reading I gave you is based on your dream, and the spread of the cards, or the order they were dealt to you.

In the Thoth deck designed by Crowley, there is a Happiness card which is the 9 of Swords.

Thank you for that! That seems to be a very reasonable interpretation of the cards. Especially since most dreams with him before, I was dressed up into a "princess" role, and trust me I am the last girl you would think would be a princess, with my rough and tough wild side, just wouldn't work out in a dress too well!

I am still a bit freaked out at the idea that Jareth could be real... If he is, he is one amazing dreamer. Part of me wants to find him, almost a craving hunger wants to see him in waking life. Part of me wants to keep him where he is at currently, in my head, and not implicating my marriage. If I met him in waking life, I honestly could not say what I would do.

Just read all your shared dreaming FAQ's....... it seems highly likely that Jareth is real.... I want someone else to try to share a dream with me! Especially if he is there.

Jareth may or may not have a physical body, if he is real. Let me tell you about Selene. She is my dream lover, my soulmate, the Moon Goddess, daughter of Gawn, the Dream Warrior Master, and my Dream Wife. I met her about the same time I met Raven Knight on the Dream Plane. I thought she had a body in this world, and then I didn't, I was so confused. I finally met someone here in this waking world, and I knew she was Selene because two weeks prior I had a dream that Selene was wearing a teardrop shaped moonstone around her neck, and this woman was wearing a teardrop shaped Moonstone around her neck. This woman is a Buddhist witch, very psychic, and we shared dreams together, but she never remembered. She became verbally abusive, and I stayed with her because of the dream. I finally broke up with her realizing something along the way went wrong, and I misinterpreted the dream.
I was so confused, hurt, embarrassed, and angry. Selene and I had many long talks on the Dream Plane after that. She told me that woman was someone that had the potential to be a lot like her, and was like her in a lot of ways, but she had been hurt so much as a child that she couldn't treat me right. Selene also told me that she and that woman are not the same, but energetically very similar, like a waking life version of her.
I have since discovered that in this world there are many versions of gods and goddesses in this world. These are all my beliefs I got from personal experience, because that's all I really have to go on here.
Selene and I have been friends since we were little, but I forgot about her. I even forgot who she was, I forgot I married her. For some reason we have serious amnesia about dreams sometimes even when we are in the dream world. We fell in love and got married on the Dream Plane, and I was subconsciously searching for her for years. I finally did find this soulmate I had been dreaming about for years whose name is WinterFae. She and Selene merged their souls together on the Dream Plane. This was because WinterFae is another version of Selene in Wakeworld, and it's a kind of restoration of a whole soul-body entity. WinterFae was also receptive to Selene because of her open mind and heart.
I know all this may sound mad and overwhelming. I understand. I felt like my mind was being blown every second of my life for about a year and a half.

I would be alright I think if Jareth is just in the dream plane. Though I will always be curious enough to want to see in waking life. He has never outright said one or the other just that he is real and in time I will see that. He shows me memories of things that very much happen in waking life. But also of ones that are in the dream world. I admit a part of me loves him. How I'm not sure that's easy to explain. He's been in my life for so long I can't imagine him being gone forever though nearly 6 years is quite some time for me. But he came back, full force this time. He loves me, again I don't know if he's ever came forthright out and said it but it's there in his eyes and in his voice. I believe even though I am married now that a part of my soul will always be with him. Jareth says we have been together for lifetimes. That there are many out there like us. He remember the past lives together, but I don't and he says my memories were taken by Zachariah but that I can remember with time. My husband admits to being jealous of Jareth even though Jareth has stated he doesn't want to ruin my marriage. It can be frustrating, I just need to find that balance.

Jareth could even be your husband, and he doesn't remember his dreams.

Possibly, however I don't get the feeling he is. He shows me memories of his that do not coincide with my husband at all. Though that would be a lot easier to accept. I suppose I somewhat assume he shows up in his true form because I do but I suppose that may not always the case with others.
