Today, after I started RC-s, I'm thinking about this question: lucid dreaming world has its own living creatures, that can be manipulated by us, humans. Our every lucid dreaming happens in this world. That creatures live in an endless world and take roles we give them. They store impulses we give them when we imagine them and they act according to this. And we can create new beings too.

Maybe in this world, lucid dreamers can meet if they create a well defined place for themselfs in that world, so they can find each other, because they know Where can they meet.
