Yes, but what most people call the astral realm is a dream that attempts to metaphorically describe an astral experience. But the dream is only indirectly related to whatever is going on 'astrally'. The astral realm isn't really a 'place', and isn't spatial in the usual sense.

Almost everything you read about it is made up. People who don't make stuff up about it typically don't write about it, because they know they don't know enough to write an authoritative book on it.

Yes there are entities that are real. People are also partially in that realm.

No. When you put headphones on the sound isn't really coming from inside your head either, and its the same sort of thing. But the sound is still real in some sense, and the 'energy body' is still real in some sense, even though it doesn't travel in the manner that it would if it had a physical location.

Vibration levels are nonsense, though maybe they attempt to represent something that's not nonsense.

Wow thanks for answering all of my questions in one shot man, really appreciate it. I gotta say my understanding of the Astral is alot better now thanks to you shadowofwind !

I think this one is really up to you to decide what it is, as far as real science goes there isn't any evidence yet. We do have science for the normal lucid dreams though. I thought when they studied some people claiming to have astral experiences their brain showed the same stuff as when someone is just lucid dreaming.

I have heard people say this, but if it does exist, I haven't found it. Not that I have tried very hard. I wish I could control the vibrational state to get to different levels because that might get me past this kind of plateau that I'm in with AT.
