      Angry strongest shared dreamer here

      Hey all, acillis here
I have always been interested in shared dreaming.
But anyways I have never had a recollection of having one, while I was living in wa, my flatmate believed he shared a dream with me, but at the time I was past out on a couch down the road at a friends place drunk so I don't recall anything from that night.
Maybe he wouldn't sharing the dream he had.
But anyways I would like my cb abilities tested and rated by preferable from the strongest sder here,
      Thanks

      Hi
I'm trying shared dreaming too, and while I'm not as good as to have LD every day and I have problem to target my experiences. I try to make connection with people I know and find in my LDs.
I was advised that I have to try shared dreaming with people who I have strong emotional connection. I tried with my wife, with friend, and my brother. I would say, I was not successful even if I had something like close encounters. But when one analyzes experience thoroughly...
I also tried shared OBE and I was maybe successful with my brother, but our experiences were only partially similar.
Some dreamers and astral travelers suggested that it is possible to induce lucidity to targeted people. I wasn't successful with that either.

It can be that I'm not so good in psychic things, therefore I can't be successful Or maybe I need train more. It is of no bother to try again and again... It is an interesting objective

I believe it is easier with relatives first then strong emotional attachments to others but for a different reason GENETICS we all share a common ancestry but we are closer genetically to those related to us, dreaming in a rem state and sharing a dream with others is how we use natural selection to help the species survive its mostly handled in the unconscious stage of rem which is why we usually dont remember them, but lucidity changes that, I always suggest to people
      1. keep a dream journal and remind yourself regularly throughout the day you will remember or be lucid in your dream
      2. remove as much electromagnetic interference ie your cell phone is the worst
      3. stop eating carbohydrates they inhibit rem states food is really important in how the neurons fire and that is key to any dream state
