Hi Luffy, Michael Ragugas book was a game changer for me. Its important to know that you do actually awaken several times during the night, the trick is to notice them. I set an alarm about 5 hours after sleep and get up for a few minutes. Ill then meditate back to sleep (which can sometimes turn into a WILD) whenever I wake up it ususally takes me a few seconds to notice that ive woken, ive usually moved also by now but even so, ill simply start cycling 'observing images, listening in with forced falling asleep' an hopefully get lucid. |
