Why? because of earth grounding. Usually when you sleep your body isn't grounded to the earth due to the bed insulation. I put some magnetic insoles inside my socks and that kept me grounded enough. Some people here don't believe in an astral or energy body and that's fine but in my experience I don't just believe this stuff exists, I know it exists due to multiple experiences with it. There's many of us out there who know spirituality is a real thing and talk about it openly with others in the know. All it takes is an open mind and willingness to go outside the box. The box is comfortable sure but outside the box there is so much more both good and bad.

I'm with you on this bro, most of the people here don't believe in spiritul stuff and put a crazy label on us.
