You might need to clarify what you mean by the first part of your post, the astral stuff. First it sounds like they attack you in the dream, but next it sounds like they're in your bedroom with your physical body.
Your experience sounds similar to my experiences though I don't put a label on it like you have. It's just there and I'm used to it. What is different is I have never had sleep paralysis. I can always move.
Mine "attack" when I am close to falling into sleep while still aware, and sometimes when exiting a lucid dream. It seems they are there to get me exited/scared so I fail at having/re-entering a lucid dream. I just ignore it and that works almost every time. Though it can also make my friends more persistent, but... it's a welcome challenge... It's a very interesting phenomenon after all. I have experienced serious physical pain inflicted upon me on a couple of occasions, but yet I have managed to stay cool and lucid dream. They don't have power over you unless you give it to them.
Just remain still and show them you're not afraid, enjoy their presence, laugh internally at their attempts and weirdness, channel them some love, hell, I even offered to fuck one with some threatening and sarcastic undertones at some point and it backed off.
They're just minor inconveninces once you get used to them. Though they still get me with jump-scares from time to time. A loud scream behind me followed by claws in my neck is hard to ignore when I'm not ready. haha.
Good luck, don't worry and enjoy the weird stuff. They're weaker than you after all, no reason to worry about some weak ass thing that's afraid of you shaking your feet a bit
