That is the date when the Mayan calendar ends... Should be interesting, I wont hold my breath or anything though.

There is another thing that people dont know about... As the solar system rotates around the galaxy it also moves perpendicullarly to the galactic disk... Like a horse on a merry-go-round we are in the process of aligning with the galactic disk... This means much more stuff will be flying around in space near us and who knows what else.

But no one really knows what the end means.

Some say that 2012 will be the fabled Apocalypse. If the poles reverse or the climate drastically changes this may be true simply due to "God" being the natural cycle of this planet in the moving solar system in the moving galaxy, movement sooo big and so few and far inbetween almost all cultures have chosen to 'forget' them or simply eliminate these events from popular ethos so that people keep working and slaving away without regard.

I personally believe that, yes, many people will die if such a thing happens, but this is the natural end of the 6th cycle, this reincarnating human civilization. All of the people in large cities will have an incredibly tough time surviving, as there are few to no natural resources, there is simply no 'life' giving materials in a city. This is why large metropoliton cities are environmental crisises, they drain resources from the surrounding green growing world without giving ANYTHING back, save for the social ethos they perpetuate in their simple repetitive jobs; their jobs are earthless, therefor their jobs are separate from 'God.'

BUT
I personally like believe that, as opposed to the blood and war visions of the Revelation, that a lot of places on earth will survive this in peace, living in commune with the earth, the earth (as it always has) will protect us. Part of 2012 is hopefully a type of spiritual elightenment where we truly begin to transcend what 'existence' has been these last few thousand years. The Messiah? Perhaps. Perhaps the Messiah is a group of many whom embody the 'christ' incarnation, the Boddhisitavas of the 7th saga of humanity.

Supposedly Tolkien (because he is the current pop) was NOT making a fairy tale about silly little hobbits and unimaginable magic, the stories are TRUE !

The Lord of the Rings is about the 3rd age of this earth. It is the time after the great floods of the 2nd age, after the last truly powerful magics existed. Elves and hobbits and men and dwarves are all parts such integral parts of our mythology that it is impossible to ignore, and it is easy to see that some of us still may be related, lol. But we are man, we are what is left now, three ages later.
Sauron, in the case of the one ring, is directly related to the Old Testament's Soloman, who is viewed as 'good' in the scriptures; this is simply because Soloman got to write his own history, but the power he unleashed upon the world was evil. There are many accounts of the great king Soloman, some of which are from the opposite perspective and talk about Soloman's greed and desire for power when he rejoined the rings of power.

And that is quite a short example.

The ages of the Earth's regeneration are REAL! Do not let a few thousand years of social rhetoric control by merchants and necromancers cloud your mind. Things have taken a long, long time to come about. And if you believe that the early 'primitive' cultures were 'ignorent' and 'barbaric' you are no better then a Roman cursader killing all those that didn't speak your language and worship your gods.

There is only one God, and that is earth. Earth is you, earth is the next eternity through the stars...

one other thing I always think about...

I watched a special on World Link TV about the natives in mexico who did not civilize and contiued their cultures based around Peyote.

It turns out taht they can trace the use of peyote in central America back 60 to 80,000 years ago! (that predates the Alaskan land-bridge for all you keeping count, see Atlantis and Mu, both of which can be traced to over a thousand native oral traditions of history) The plant has taught people to survive these types of cyclical earth changes and always survive no matter what.

They interviewed one woman who was 88 years old. She ate peyote EVERY DAY and was healthy and as fit as ever. She was quite direct in her warning. She said that those who didn't respect Mescalito would perish, that they had to be taught how to survive, and that they would never learn unless they believe and trusted peyote to guide them.


Another person I have to mention is Carlos Casteneda. (Whom was my hero until his later days where his power and his students all become corupted by power and clairity) In the early books, Don Juan teaches Carlos about Peyote and several other Diviner palnts. But Peyote is NOT used for Divination, rather, it is used to learn, to gain wisdom. When you take Mescalito, Mescalito is really taking you .

Needless to say, sometime in the next 8 yrs I plan to become a member of the Native American Church.

If it is true that every chemical of every plant kills brain cells in order to recreate a place for its own synthesis, then each plant we have ever ingested in a pattern throughout time forms the structure of our evolved thinking brains. We evolved from what we are most addicted to, simply because we synthesize these best, they have been with us longest. BUT, this does not mean that these plants we have used the most over the last couple thousand years are best, they may in fact be much worse because of the rate that cultivation has overproduced them.

The ancient plants are the key to survival.
Plants that contain DXM, DMT, Mescaline, Salvia Divinorum, LSD, LSA, and the various mushrooms that, most likely, birthed our very consciousness.

Still. I think that I have learned the most from my good old friend, Herb. But drugs that allow us to cope with this civilization such as THC or opiates (not to mention the trecherous uppers, speeds and coke) are dangerous because of how efficiently they allow us to exist separate from nature. It is a moderate combination of hallucinagenics and a light does of these others that is best for a healthy brain.

If something does go wrong in 2012, seek out the Shamans and Druids, they will cope quite easily, living with nature and earth as God all along.

My personal preminitions on 2012 and beyond.
These are just some collective visions I've been shown dreaming, tripping, and meditating.

Things will change environmentally.
Humanity will have reason to consider change, from fear or hope.
As predicted, the Christ and the Antichrist will exist.
The Messiah, whatever or whomever it is, will come to be and a collective consciousness enlightenment will occur with those who have indeed come to transcend the bound of human rhetoric and slavery, coming to a symbiosis with nature and god, they will be holy just as they are everytime the earth recycles itself.

"Civilization" as most know it will end, and the Messiah will give us 2000 years of peace and communion with the pure earth, we will try to bring Eden back.
At the end of 2000 years, people will have once again forgoten and things will change yet again. At this point in time I have seen the future as a combination of earth and technology and spirit. This is a miracle, this is devestation. Like the tower Babel, humanity will build a perfect tower of all our knowledge to reach God, and that tower will become filled with sin and desire, tainting our perfect combination of nature spirit and tech.

We will stuggle with the new frontier of the stars. We will find a sort of alien human transcendence, as time is not linear but cyclical, so we will meet probable copies of ourselves. There will be wars reminiscent of those here on earth. Then...

Then a universal Messiah will appear, many of us will be part of it somehow. We will put a stop to all this physical strife and then, after many millenium, become our true spiritual selves, existing as light, not as carbon.

After that I do not know...Maybe it will be revealed to me.

The only reason I have seen it is because I saw my next life to come,
and it is a long, long, long ways away. Technology was much transcended from what it is today, spiritual magic was common, and we all loved earth, it was still green and growing seemingly overabundently.

It is also quite odd to be shown that you will not transcend reincarnation. I got to see the process of all my energy splitting and rejoining. Impossibly hard to explain unless you've gotten to see yourself die, see things die, see how their energy never stops, it mermely changes.

If shit does go down in 2012 or any other type of civil disaster, I think this country will be surpirsed at being the most unprepared and thus suffer the most casualties. All of our 'technology' is based on entertainment as opposed to having anything to do with the earth.

Here's how it works: Oil, is really just the remains of lots and LOTS decomposing once living beings. The oil in the middle east is the remains of everything from prehistoric megabeasts to pools of death caused by holy war after holy war...I have even heard that the wars were all taking place there on purpose in order to 'farm' more oil (but I know not how long it takes for a dead body to turn into crude, prz someone post it if you know, I'd really like to).

How would no oil mean the end of the world. And building a time machine is impossible. I've come to accept that the 2012 has too many phophetic coincidences to back it up like it or not and I'm actually starting to consider the that it might to be true. But I wanted someone elses opinion.[/b]

No offence but a lot of the stuff on that site is kind of stupid. Like the thing about the Hubble telescope, or saying goverment wants to fly to the moon to escape what happens on earth.

I am not saying its all wrong but they assume way to much, and there are huge holes in what they try to pass off as fact.

I guess its a topic you'd have to have read a number of places for it to make sense and know some basic hidden truths. You might think government they mean is George Bush or something or that aliens probably don't exist and that life is unlikely to happen anywhere else in this galaxy or anywhere close to it you know like one of those people think no information is being withheld from the world . And I've read from a very experienced and legit Astral projector with her site at http://www.astralvoyage.com where she told of an astral projection experience about her visit to the moon. Its hard to just explain the situation because I know you'll refuse to believe it. Might as well forget about that then.

You can make an arguement for ufos, and you can make an arguement saying the history shows that stuff happened before, but people use the Hubble telescope all the time and there is proof it is used for other things. And we are no where near ready to send people to the moon or mars and have them able to live there forever, so you have to doubt anyone who says that stuff and state it as fact.
