I believe in ghosts and other things along that line...I have like 1000 stories to share if you're interested lol I didnt use to believe in them at all but like about 3 yrs ago i got some personal experience and well you know... = /

Yeah I was the same, never believed until something personal happened to me too.

Yeah, I love the show Ghost Hunters. They've caught some good evidence on audio and video which seems pretty certified to me. I think there are some stuck energy or souls on this plane for what ever reasons.

i believe in ghosts

as far as expeiriences go they werent really ghosts they are more or less looking into peoples souls or spirits and seeing someone's spirit(and possibly the spirit that possesses within(scary)). it is quite an expierience... i dont know if it is credible or if im just insane or somthing but i believe i can do that.

Oh, just noticed that we could. I was so used to it giving you the option to "add poll" like when you click the new thread. So I didn't think you could.

I forgot to add that I could of visited the top (5?) haunted grounds on earth. But I was afraid to get charged with a $1,500 dollar fine. So we just drove by it and looked at it.

Also, I forgot to add, I find it hard to believe what I see on T.V. about ghosts. Those shows can be so made up so easily. I personally don't watch much of them though, but once I did and it was sort of scary.

yes I stayed in a house long enough that was haunted to experience things.

If any of you 'have seen a ghost'. You greatly underestimate the power of the human mind. The power, to see things that are not there.

LETS SAY: Imagen you die. Oh no. You appear to be a ghost. What do you do? Float around vaguely, make rooms cold, make weird noises, NEVER show up PROPERLY at ANY video footage. Why wouldn't there be ONE of those THOUSANDS of ghosts that thinks: Hey, lets make the world clear ghosts do exist.

If ghosts can be seen, and if they have a will, the ghost of some scientist would have already floated around his old lab until someone spotted him. Hell, it's just so freakingly sad and illogical to believe in ghosts in the popularized "oh, floaty white ghost"-way, it's just pathetic.

Ghosts don't exist, otherwise one of the millions of ghosts would do more then show up Extremely vague at photos, or show up extremely vague ONLY before gullible people, that probably believe in astrology and unicorns.

well...i can't really say "ghosts" but more... "spirits". i have never seen one but i've seen some documentarys about ghost, spirits and such. and all of them were real. i mean it happened to some ppl and they make a documentary out of it.

I've seen allot of good footage and have heard allot of audio captures but again how could you prove they are real, you can't.

I've never seen one myself personally and I don't believe astrology and unicorns ect. Although I believe that some spirits/souls/energies are stuck in this plane/dimension for what ever reasons. The reasons I couldnt be sure of.
Its just my faith and I'm sticking to it!

Spirits of the Dead ... generally ... no. Sometimes, yes but that is another story.

Yes, I believe in ghosts/spirits/entities - whatever you want to call them. And no, I've never personally had an encounter with one. Many of my family members and people I know and trust have had experiences though.

I sit on the fence about spirits/entities, but I don't believe in ghosts at all. There is a world of difference. I believe that spirits/entities may periodically appear to humans, who interpret the vision in their own particular way, often echoing the Zeitgeist, the spirit of the age. 500 years ago, people were seeing "witches and devils" because that's what they expected. ok, I havent read any of the other posts, but yes Ive been around them.

I say around because... well here's what happend. My friend and I went out in the country b/c he knew a place where a lady hung herself off a bridge. It was a little dirt road that lead into the woods and crossed or a small river. the bridge was made of steal beams and wire mesh (all rusty). We recorded audio but didnt get anything. We took pictures and got tons of orbs. I have the pictures and I'll put them on here later.

They're not scary in any way to me, they don't even really exist here, they exist in an echo of here as just a sample of their previous selves, desperately trying to cling onto something. Whenever I see a ghost, which happens every few days, I try and just promote loving thoughts and think that it kills me to see them in that state and that I want them to move on.

Neruo, if you had the experience I had in the area you would understand it's not just the human mind when you are in another room and nobody is in the house. Then you hear footsteps that are going in a direction, but when you meet up in that direction and nobody is there it gives a whole new view of things. It isn't all in the mind and I've allowed myself to experience first hand instead of just making a rash decission like that.

I have seen a few and they are scary. In catholism the holy trinity is, the Father, the son and the holy ghost or spirit.

Let me throw this out here to all the "non believers" I think that if you personally have NOT experienced anything involving a spirit of any kind, you don't really have the right to say they don't exist. I know people that always said yeah yeah whatever suuuuuure and blah blah blah, then came face to face with a spirit and from then on knew I was not out of my mind. I have been haunted and have had spirits even throw things in the same room I was in, by myself while cleaning. When I was a child I used to see images of 3 black outlines that always lingered near me and asked my parents who they were.

I think its unfair for the non believers to say things that have total disregard that the possiblity is there for them to see a ghost of any kind, and if you have not seen it yourself, you will always have that persepctive. Dont get me wrong your still allowed to your own opinion, but please don't think everybody that DOES believe and HAS seen things is out of their mind.

Also, let it be known that I feel as if spirits haunt me, not the places that I live..My family as a whole, haunted.. Also, I was by myself last week, and I was cleaning in my room. My cat was acting really really weird, looking into the air and getting her hair on her back raised..I kept asking whats wrong, and she was freaked out. Then shortly after, i heard a knock at the door. I live on the 2nd floor of an apt. so i yelled WHO IS IT? No answer. I opened the door..slowly..nobody. Went outside on the back porch, up the stairs...down stairs..nothing. I walk away. 3 minutes later, not even, same thing, but hte knock was LOUD. The cat is by now, looking @ me, im lookin @ her, and we are SO CONFUSED. I kept asking, WHO IS IT? No answer. This is just SOME of the things I deal with on a regular basis. I have also had many other things happen to me personally but way to many to type on here!
