Thread: Fastest Way To Experience Something Paranormal?

I think my house might be haunted. Everytime I go to the living room at night, normally a little past midnight, I will see what looks like a man in a tuxedo and a top hat, standing by my door. Of course, being late at night it could be a hallucination.

There are two bathrooms in my house. There is one in my room. I normally use that one. Everytime I am in it, I always see something in the mirror that looks like a face that appears next to mine and fades away. I look behind me and there is nothing there. I don't think it is a hallucination, because I use it when I am wide awake.

When I wake up in the middle of the night, I will see a few different things, though they might be hallucinations. I will see sometimes a black fog hovering around the room. Sometimes I will see a little boy walking around. Now, this one scares me. One time, I looked over at my computer. The power had shut off earlier that night, causing my computer to shut down. I looked over at it when I woke up. It turned on, but nobody was over there. I watched the whole thing. When it was at my desktop, the mouse cursor moved over to the start menu and brought up notepad. At first I though there was going to be some form of message put on the screen, but nothing happened. I thought it might be a dream, so I did a series of reality checks. It was real.


If you want to see a haunted house, your own house may be a logical place to go.

So.. do you mean "supernatural" or "paranormal"? Because according to my dictionary's definition, "supernatural" cannot actually exist.

And to others. I looked up "Psychic" in the yellow pages and the nearest one is 90 miles away. As for haunted houses there is a jail in my town that is supposed to be haunted. I'm not sure going in there would exactly be safe though.

Because I have been LDing since I was 5.

I wouldn't put everything off as just the imagination playing with the mind. There is a lot we can not explain out there only because our science is not to a level yet that can measure it. Do not put off science one day being able to understand it better. I think that is the problem with most skeptical who claim that we can not prove it right now. Our technology changes the outlook of life every day. I mean just take pluto for example.

If you really want to go the Reiki route and have a big chance of experiencing it, I'd reccomend getting attuned. Some people have experiences during their attunements that are interesting - there have been reports of seeing past lives, going out of body, etc. I only saw lots of purple and felt like I was moving during mine, but it can happen.

You can try some exercises to boost your psychic abilities - look around online for some ideas. And charged crystals can give some trippy experiences, I've heard. You could attempt at some alien searching as well, if you really wanted to do something.

If you've been LDing since you were 5, why not build upon that? Try to do some experiments in shared dreaming, clairvoyance within an LD, or something similar? Maybe try to focus on having dreams where you predict the future.

If you're already good at LDs, you should be able to extend that ability to having really trippy OBEs and haunted/demonic/abduction SP experiences.

I say, use the tools you already have.

lol i'm not sceptical, in fact, most of the times i'm a beleiver but u gotta admit that when u watch a scary movie, most of the times the things u're scared of is because of your imagination! and btw, i was just joking...

look in a mirrior in a blacked out room for half an hour while staying completely still. Holy shit that is the most effed up thing i ever experinced.

I saw a sky and a hawk flying through the sky. Other people have reported seeing deceased loved ones. There is a term for this phenomena but i forget what it's called. Ancient greeks invented this im perrty sure but they looked into a couldren with water instead of a mirror. If you do attempt to do this though you have to make sure the room is very very dark, a little light is ok though.

How about holding a candle? Can't help but ask, is it safe? Cause I've heard a lot about doing this but haven't tried it. How long does it take?

I never had held a candle during this, although it does bring me back to that bloody marry mirror hooliganizm. It is completly safe and if you do want to do this make sure you have your mind focused on the deceased loved one you have in mind or if your doing it for fun just gaze into the mirrior for a while. the process can take up to an hour but i acheived it in under 15 minutes. The main thing is to not have any external distractions as they will kill your visions. I read that this, among other things, was one of the techniques that Nostradomus(sp) used.

Arghhhh im still trying to find the name for this.

Maybe wou should try sitting in a pentagonal star and putting candles around. Aaand...buy a book of spells and stuff. My friend's brother does things like that and he has experienced some paranormal stuffs. This scares the crap out of me!

No, I found out what it is tho!. It's called a physcomantium which is a form of scrying. Some people say that while you are in a Psychomantium it is Hypnagogic state that is causing these presence's. I actually prayed to God to give me some experience that was so far from naturally explainable that I would have no other choice but to accept it as supernatural.

I think it worked when about a few months later I saw three manifestations of ghosts, saw three people get possessed in front of me, four if you include the girl who kept "drifting off", and saw one of the most inexplicable things in my life, which I also happened to be able to catch on camera.


I would say the quickest way(at least for me) would be to just sincerely want it enough and beg God(and if you don't believe in God, just beg the universe) to show you something grandly inexplicable.
