it's just so weird when it happens it sends chills down my spine. sometimes it's the words someone speaks, or certain objects that do certian actions or the way people move or just anything. |
Hmmm i dont think theres a way you can control it mostly just because of the things i know (or think iknow) about it which are: |
I get deja vu a lot. Often it's tiny little thing, small details I recall. I had one the other day that felt like a Deja Vu of a previous deja vu I'd had, which was rather odd. |
i've had a cross between precognation and deja vu. it gave me an instint dream recall to a dream i had around 4 years before the deja vu. it was just a moment sitting at a desk at school but .....im confused (mental block) |
yeah this happens to me all the time but i don't know how to control it.that would be so awesome...... |
This occurs to me all the time actually, it would be cool to control it though. One time I finished my brother's sentence while he was speaking before him even saying it! It's complicated because in the dream I was dreaming that I had a deja vu of me completing my brother's sentence. |
Deja vu is supposed to be due to the way that the mind tries to set down memory. Generally the mind remembers things that occur more than once, more than things that happen one single time. For example...do a math problem, and 3 weeks late you wont remember, do 15 math problems and you have more chance of remembering how to do it. |
I had a period of many months where I would have a da ja vu once a day and my theory is kinda wack but it is caused by the mindset you are in during the experience and the reflection into the past simutaniously kind of a catch22 where to see the future you have to see the future and send the information back to the past when your mind is open to recieving the information. One really awesome event was a da ja vu that lasted 30 seconds it was long enough that I could "predict" the events that followed. the reflection theory was created when I predicted the deaths of to people in 1 week my only two wide awake da ja vu's the very last moment I saw them I had the thought of what was to come... the moment I reflected apon was the last moment I saw them. |
deja vu is another one of thoes things i haven`t had since i was a kid... damn i miss childhood |

Dejavu seems to be very vivid for me when it happens, and sometimes it leads me onto similar brain puzzles to work out. For example, sometimes after Dejavu I get fake Dejavu. |

It's the exact same thing with me. Cool, no? |
I still get it once or twice a month, lasts for about 10 seconds or so. I believe its just a dream about a future event of your own and your mind automatically forgets it and stores it in the subconscious until the time comes. Could feel like weeks since you been at a certain place or event or even years. |

An Idea. A single idea from the human mind can build cities. An idea can transform the world and rewrite all the rules.

Whenever I get de ja vu's I always asume the most exciting explanation of why a de ja vu happens. I thought it was because someone like my ancestor experienced the same thing. but then I found out it was just your brain lagging Wow, joykill. |

I've had that sometimes aswell, that you feel as if you've seen the thing before, or that you've dreamt it. |

"you only lose what you cling to"
The only way you can control this is to remember all your dreams in all the details.. |
dejavu in real life from previous dreams is not just your brain 'lagging'. i will tell you a little true story that happened to me to make me realize what it really is with me, i don't know about other people. |
depends if it is just random normal dejavu or dream dejavu.if its normal pry about 5 seconds but if it is from a dream it bugs me til i remember or forget about it- usually about 30 seconds to two minutes. |
