To exit the dream without waking up completely, you don't want to wake up completely you want to be in that half-way state. Stop whatever you are doing, close your eyes and imagine yourself back at your body (lying in bed). |

Ah, you want help with OBE, then you posted in the wrong section "moves" |

Yeah there is a WILD type of Astral Projecting, but one of the best beginner strategies to get an OOBE is to exit a DILD, be "back at your body" and then try to exit using the rope method, trying to roll over, or somehow otherwise getting your spirit body to detach from your physical one. |

Be yourself - everyone else is taken.

My best trick to induce sleep paralysis is to sleep when you no longer need sleep. I used to get sleep paralysis frequently in the weekends when I would have a lie-in or during the day if I dozed on my bed. Your body then sort of tells you "hey wake up you dont need to be asleep now" but your mind says "but its so relaxing".. that conflict seems to enable sleep paralysis. I personally avoid it like the plague because I then think that I am getting up and speaking to people when in actually fact I am about to have a nightmare. |
