your very own personal lucid dream lobby

i was thinking about this idea i've came up with because of this recurring dream i had. the dream is about me at this mall like place. it has people there. it also has different stores or entry ways to different genre of dreams. it is always random. so i've been thinking about always going to this place to pic my dream type everytime i become lucid. I want to know if any of you guys have made something like this. sorta like a dream lobby. it will be cool if you guys share how your lobby, or whatever you guys call it, is like. I would love to here it. Share

No, he means in dreams. Like a place you go to begin when you become lucid. Instead of ambling into whatever dream you are already in, you can go to your lobby, compose yourself or whatever, stabilize, then choose where you want to go, instead of being in a dream already that you may not like and it's too hectic to change effectively. Also, another point would be that if we all chose the same lobby, would it be possible to meet up there, in a shared dream?

Please don't make dual threads, especially when they have the exact same starting post, and I don't think this really belongs in Beyond Dreaming either. EDIT: Just saw your post in the other thread, Avalanche. Now I see why this thread's here - but I still think the first post should be changed so that it's slightly different and encompasses the shared dreaming aspect fOrceez and I discussed something like this, when one of us gets lucid to teleport to the other, and then teleport both of us to the designated 'lobby' or stable personalised area. Hyu's dream journal has a post in which he finds another dreamer who takes him to her personal lobby - a large church type building filled with doors down a long hallway which lead to different areas, dreams, etc. Try it out yourself and see what ends up happening!
