if you enter the astral planes with fear in your heart you will attract negative energys. wile one leaves the body no one can enter your body only you. unless you invite them in. i have read loads about this subject.

man how can some of you tell people they are not going to encounter anything that could pose danger to them??? Because it has never happened to you, does not mean it cant or wont happen to someone else. People are wired differently, I do not claim to know everything, I do not. anyone that does is full of themselves. what i do know is there are some people that are much more sensitive than others. for example one person may go visit a cemetery to place flowers on the grave of a loved one, have a total peaceful moment. that does not mean it is that way for the rest of us. someone else may come along and get assaulted by not only their feelings but other peoples feelings and emotions. if you do not understand whats up it can be dangerous. there are energy parasites among us, that can be a real danger. there is also a tremendous amount of learning and spiritual growth available on higher planes and that can be realllly good . i'm not here to plant fear. take it or leave it. as long as you cover ur ass reinhardt, ask your higher power for protection before you ap, face the fear, kick ass.

i didnt say astral projection is safe. i said your fear in the astral planes will attract negative energys. i do believe some sort of protection is a must (white light protection) is a good one.

A man from Pennsylvania once tried to tell me about all the sights and famous buildings in Africa without having been there himself. Upon my arrival, an African man told me that most of those places had already been torn down and some of them were of no greater significance compared to some of the other places to explore.

that wasn't meant for you leightond and I am sorry If it came off that way that wasn't my intentions. just some advice that is good for some may not be for others. I happened to have gotten in a bad situation once. I didn't protect myself, I was ignorant to the fact that I could run into danger. You're correct about the negative energies

Any sensation you strongly believe in will become true, this is well proven.
Auto-suggestion is extremely powerful and you should stop scarying people approaching OBEs with your hallucinations about bad entities.
If anyone reports having the very same vision or encounter you described then you can be pretty sure it's your fault.
Most people who know these fantasies take place in their mind, guess what, rarely have uncomfortable experiences at all.
I don't know if there's really anything "beyond dreaming", I'm open to that, but I do know people should stop worrying so much about negative energies.

I was making a point. My point being that the man with the argument is always at the mercy of the man with the experience.
