The tiger attacking you could represent a couple of things, I'll give you my take on it, but only you can decipher the dream, I hope this helps. It could be representing a figure of authority that has exerted some kind of control over you that you might not have liked. Maybe your boss or some other figure of authority. Secondly it could represent repressed feeling or emotions that frighten you, again only you will know what these are, even if you don't consciously know, they'll be there somewhere. It could also represent that you feel some situation in your waking life is spiraling out of control. And lastly I've read that the tiger can represent female sexuality, aggression and seduction, I offer no elaboration on this last one, sorry, if you think it applies to you, a GOOGLE search might throw some light on it. Good luck and sweet dreams. Thank you for your comments. These make a lot of sense to me. I feel like I may have overcome some things in my life lately. For instance, I just had orthoscopic surgery yesterday on my left shoulder. Before I had it done, I was very nervous about it, because I have never had surgery before. It went well, I am in a lot of pain, but as the saying gose, "No pain, no gain", right? I will be posting another strange dream today. So keep the feed back coming, because it helps and makes a lot of sense to me. Thank you!!!!

i say its one of your fears giving u a heads up but i think u conquord it by killing it.
I don't know why you would be attacked by a tiger, it seems like a pretty ordinary thing to happen in a dream but if you think that has a meaning then there's no better person to judge it than you. Not being attacked by the tiger seems like only a good thing, I'm thinking that you were so intent on living (or afraid of dying) that you gave yourself a chance. It's your subconscious that controls your dreams after all
