I was once again criticising the nonsense being posted on LinkedIn, just to get approached by Disney to be working on their next cartoon which was gonna be super abstract "inspired by that recent vaporwave trend", kinda Regular Show type of episodes.

Imagine my disappointment as I woke up in my tent realising it was a dream T_T

Had my first two shifts at work yesterday.

I dreamed I was still working and that there was a basement where guests could visit too, getting offered drinks and such.

My last work day was today and I had a taxi cab to work booked at 11 am to return my hardware.

I had several dreams about either missing my taxi cab, showing up to work and getting my hardware wrong, Or having my whole work day done already just to wake up several times.

Finally, I woke up somewhere at 5 am in the morning as my body's response was to wake me up just to be sure I wouldn't be late.

It was a relaxing workday, by the way! Glad that it is now over!

I had a dream that my workplace decided to make e-learning videos and approached me for it through their chat.

Boring ahhh work dreams, it'll soon be over.

The Break Room Sessions

A group of workers meet up at the break room og their office to do spoken word sessions, all behind the company's back. Each employee has a poem representing a different emotion.
This one employee is the master at it and is the one organising the break room sessions.

A podcast becomes available with each poem. This one black guy warns the poem master that he's getting on dangerous levels as the company does not approve of the break room sessions and if they ever find out, he's in big trouble to which the master makes fun of his drumsticks that he always beings for lunch, the guy defending his drumsticks saying that they're a very nutritious meal.

One day they all visit the break room with the master nowhere to be seen, a woman, unsure if an ally or not, calls for the employees through the intercom. In her office, she explains to the colleagues that the company found out and took some measures. Unsure whether the master got fired or transferred to a different floor, the guy takes his drum sticks out of his lunch box and enters the elevator saying that this is all his fault. The colleagues follow him trying to cheer him up as he looks at them while the elevator door closes.

My alarm then went off.

I had multiple brief snooze dreams about singing into work from home but constantly clocking in too late or my supervisor messaging me why I'm late or not at the office.

In all dreams, my room was much bigger and had different variations of offices like a company room. In one of my dreams, I had a door in my room that lead to the room in the neighboring apartment building that was much bigger and built around my room.

Basically, I had a dream about my day job. I can't disclose much about it due to data protection laws (even if the data in this context is fictional it would kind of give away the private information regarding my job)

I have a lot of customers over the phone and this week was a bit more intense than usual. I've been working for over six months straight and not yet taken any vacations. I've been staring at my screen for a bit too long and have to do so much longer as much as I'm very much in the "You should quit your job and do something you love" stage. I have always been. Unfortunately from a realistically perspective, I cannot afford to do so. Since 2021 I have been paying off expensive bills and am nowhere near being debt free.

Thanks for listening to my rant, sick of this "chapter" of my life and my work infiltrating my dreams.

I'm in a house full of strangers staying over even though I'm the one actually living there with my family. I go to my room and there's a bunch of blonde Dutch boys I don't know, I angrily scream from the bottom of my lungs that they need to get out of my room. I then feel guilty. Meanwhile I'm preparing to get ready to work from home when two guys get back in the room and have the nerve to start a discussion with me about getting to stay in my room to which I angrily tell them to get out.

I then stare at my room questioning my life as I just got raging mad at two strangers over a job I don't really enjoy doing but have to because I need to pay my bills.

I fell asleep without setting an alarm clock today. Woke up on time and realised I just fell asleep.

That dream was very short and about me meeting an experimental musician I saw perform live a few weeks ago. She had a new song out and it had a Spotify canvas of a video filmed from underneath her looking right into her skirt
That was especially weird because I deleted Spotify over a year ago.

I then woke up at 6:30 am and remembered I was going to work at my home office today anyways (I was going to be late if I went to work on site today)
so I set the alarm for 40 more minutes.

I can't recall my dream of any but was still so tired I feel right back asleep after turning off the alarm, oops.

During this dream I was dreaming about there being a supermarket across the place I live at and me cleaning the floor with a broom. My friend from Luxembourg showed up and asked me if I worked here when in some hilariously meta moment I realised that I had a job and needed to clock in ASAP. I went back home to my home office to log in and woke up, still on time fortunately.

This dream was in English.

I've been feeling s little sickish and could feel that in my dream as well, I had a dream about work, and although I cannot legally disclose what I do at my job (9 to 5 office job), this dream felt like an official "first day" where I'll br doing yhe first thing by myself, but in the canteen. While talking to all other worker who exactly found myself at the same place I was standing at.

I also moved to Austria and I met my only friend from Austria, or at least a version of him generated by my subconscious.

I had this moment where I thought "I'm going to work and I'll be the greatest I've ever been at it" and that's when my alarm went off.

It's almost as if they felt my brain waves lol

I slept in an uncomfortable position with my head between my pillows and bad a collection of short, strange dreams.

• I was working different audiovisual related jobs, such as operation a radio tower
• I was in a pop up bank in Utrecht Central Station, where a robbery started to happen and had people with rifles and RPGs shoot the place. I try to distract the robbers and make a run for it towards the exit, but suddenly wake up. I might've been shot and woke up or forced myself to wake up until realising that I was dreaming.
• Half asleep, half awake after waking up from that terrifying bank dream, I stare into the dark as my tired brain generates psychedelic visuals of a vibrantly coloured desert where I blow away the sand, and come across strange, colourful creatures
• I had my theatre school graduation, my family as well as the women that did my hair were there, one of my family members was playing GTA on their laptop and I've been told my classmates and school walked by during an inappropriate scene from the game

There were more, but I forgot what happened. A lot of capitalism-themed dreams, and I know exactly why :U Can't disclose yet but I'm happy about it
