    1. Death River Mission Frag, Going Out to Eat, and The Internet Rack

      Dream - Lucid

I was watching this girl from my old job, Chelsea, get swept away and killed in this river current that she was sent out into by someone, maybe our old boss, but I'm not positive. It was in a jungle-type setting. She was sent on some mission that was doomed from the beginning. I think a lot of people were sent on this same mission before, and no one came out alive. I feel like I was a passive observer in this dream.

      ~

I was in the neighborhood I grew up in. It was very small and fairly new, like when I moved into it in 1995. I remember saying something about how it was a new neighborhood. I ran down a street that ended because it hadn't been built up to where it is now yet (IWL the part that ended in the dream actually did not end even then when the neighborhood was new).

Then, I was waiting on my brother, Blake, and his fiance', Sarah, to get back from being out to eat. They were at a restaurant somewhere. I remember texting them. I was getting impatient, because whenever they finished eating, Dallas and I could go eat.

I guess they were finally done and heading home, because Dallas and I were then at a restaurant. The lights were off, however. I remember thinking that they were closed. Wherever we ended up going, we ended up there for a long time. I think my mom was getting worried about us. I remember being at the restaurant, and having this huge pan of dinner roll dough that was left over. We were going to take it home, but we had some loose extra roll dough as well. The pan was covered in ceran-wrap, and was quite full. I peeled back the wrap to stick some of the dough on the ends. I got one piece of the dough on there successfully, but it didn't look attached. I then said we needed to let the waitress do it.

      Finally, we were heading home.

I was with Dallas at some store. My friend Leigh worked there. We were going to buy this huge rolling rack that resembled the ones we use at work to put multiple pans of baked good in the oven. We were checking out with her.

She then offered that we have some kind of internet service with them. The rack had something to do with the internet? And to have service with them, they would fill it up with these things that resembled white plastic or dough that would get a slit cut down the middle? Yeah, idk. Anyway, the offer was really good, so we agreed to it. They started to put the things on the rack.

Then, I thought about it a little. This company used to do that and let the wireless network be open free of charge, but now, I didn't think they did unless you paid a lot more. I asked about it, and Leigh said we would have to pay extra to open up the network. I pictured a screen of lots of different servers opened up to play a multiplayer game online. We would not have that unless we paid a lot of extra money. I wasn't too terribly upset about not being able to open servers, but Dallas was. He didn't want it like that, he wanted it all for the price they were offering. He was arguing it.

    2. Crossing the River, and the Talking Cat

      Dream - Lucid

I was in a river in a canyon, surrounded by rock walls. The sky was grey. I want to say I was in Oregon. The water was pretty shallow, but it was moving pretty fast; some of it looked like white waters. There was a girl with me, and there were other people around as well.

I remember also telling someone that I had Gyrados (a Pokemon) at home. I was worried about moving to a top floor apartment because the water that he required would leak through the floor. Weird.

I got into the river. I felt the water rush around me; I was about waist deep. I was going to climb over one of the rock walls to the other side of the river. This girl that was with me was being so annoying. She kept telling me everything to do, what I was doing wrong, etc. It was really pissing me off.

I got to the wall and started to climb. The rocks were damp, dark grey, and mossy. I wasn’t afraid of the climb at all, surprisingly. In fact, I discovered that I loved to climb, and it came to me very easily.

I got to the top, and the girl was still being annoying. I can’t remember what I did; in all honesty, I think I just ignored her, or maybe I told her to be quiet. Anyway, I climbed to the bottom the same way I did the top. I got in the water, which was rushing very fast; the current was extremely strong.

I got in anyway. The water was a little deeper on this side of the wall. I saw other people in it, families even, who were not getting swept away because they were on the outskirts of the river in the more shallow parts. I started to get carried away, but I saved myself before I got swept too far. I fought the current and made it back to the wall.

I was at my house, in my room. The lights weren’t on in my room, and it was grey outside. I think Leslie was there with me. I had all these pets...tons of cats and a dog. They were all kept in the playroom where I keep my cat in waking life.

I went out into the hallway, and there were 3 identical orange, fluffy cats there. All of their names were Ginger, except for one, who I called Ginger White (why I have no idea…the cat was all orange just like the others). One was in the middle of the hallway, the other right behind it and to the right, and the last by the door.

I went back in my room, and the phone rang. I answered it, and heard a small voice on the other end. I asked who it was, and they said
      “Ginger White!”
“Oh! I couldn’t tell it was your voice!” I said back. I can’t remember what else was said specifically.

      Weird. My cat called me.

I then went in the playroom. The dog in there was in the brown laundry basket beside the door to the game closet. He was a short haired small-medium sized dog with brown fur. He was jumping up and down, trying to get out of the basket, which also had some dirty laundry in it. I brought him some food and water.

Then, I went downstairs into the living room, and there was a mother cat in a cat bed with lots of kittens. The cat bed was sitting on the far end of the couch on the arm. They were so cute! Some of their ears were flat, like the Scottish Fold breed of cat. They were dark grey with black stripes.

I laid on my stomach on the couch and started taking pictures with my phone of the cats. I kept trying to zoom in and out, trying to get the best angle I could. Every picture I took was pretty good, but it wasn’t perfect like I wanted. The mother cat was being very good and looking at the camera every time I tried to snap a picture. I kept thinking about how photogenic she was.

    3. Almost Lucid, Sick Cats, and Adam Sandler

      Dream - Lucid

I was in Dakota's bed. His room (which looked nothing like his waking life room) was dark and messy, lit only by the light of the TV in front of the bed. He was laying next to me. I played with the idea that I might be dreaming, because it felt so dream-like for some reason. I looked at the ceiling and was trying to decide whether or not it was a dream, and finally decided it wasn't (-_-). I said to Dakota
      "I think I fell asleep."
I then think I asked him if I needed to stay or go, and he told me I should go home.

The whole time, I didn't feel like I had gotten ANY sleep. I felt exhausted.

Then, I was at my house. I remembered that we had Ziggy, our old cat, back (he's long been dead in waking life). The problem was, he wasn't in the house. I don't remember if I saw Pounce or not (we put her to sleep yesterday in waking life ), but I know I wondered what was going on with her as well.

      I asked my mom
      "Where is Ziggy?"
      She didn't answer.
"Where is he mom? Tell me...where is Ziggy?!"
      She finally spilled.
      "Ziggy's drawer is stuck open."
I didn't know what that meant. My mom explained it to me, something about surgery and his chest. Something on his chest cavity was stuck open. I pictured this. I was really upset. I figured he was probably a goner. I wondered how they were even keeping him alive anymore.
My mom then said something about Ziggy's teeth being able to just come out if you pulled on them.

Something was going on with Pounce, too, but I can't remember what.

      ~

I was with this group of girls. We got in a canoe and started going down this river. It was nighttime outside. We were fighting something, though I can't recall what it was.

At some point on the canoe ride, I fell out, but I got back in. Another girl, a black girl in a burka, fell out as well. She also got back in.

Since we had fallen out, I wrote out names on the canoe. It was like we were some kind of heroes or something. I was proud to have fallen out.

When we got back, we were in a classroom. A girl I went to high school with in waking life, Ruth, was up at the board, explaining how she too was a hero. She then went up to the black girl in the burka. The girl was wringing out the burka. She had a hood on it, and it was down. Ruth playfully said something to her, calling her burka a "gerka", and the girl laughed.

Then, we were in my living room watching an Adam Sandler movie. It was at the end, and Adam Sandler was talking to some woman, presumably his girlfriend. His eyes were really big and blue. I looked on the coffee table, and saw a pile of Adam Sandler movies. I didn't think anyone would wanna watch all of those, since they were all Adam Sandler.

Then, my alarm woke me up.
