Dream - Lucid

I remember being with my coworker, Dakota. He and I were going through some kind of video game scenario where I had to collect 160 items (they were just a bunch of random items).

We were running through an old building. The building had 3 stories. I could get to the first two easily. I did so as I ran through the hallways, collecting all the items. When I finished doing that, I realized I still was lacking about 30 items. I remember asking Dakota how I could get to the third story. I don't remember what he said, but after that, I got to the third story and collected the rest of the items.

I remember being on vacation. I think Mary Katherine was there. I remember swimming in a pool outside on a sunny day. Then, I remember something about exploding cats in the pool. Belle, my kitten, was one of them. I was mad at my mom for killing the cats. I also remember something about different pools being open at different times. I remember dreading the end of my vacation.

I also remember being able to breathe underwater as I swam in the pool. It was supposed to be something called "circular breathing" (something I learned about when I was in band in waking life). I could breathe through my nose under the water if I did it a certain way.

I remember waking up in the middle of swimming and breathing underwater.

I was in a hair salon. I was supposed to be getting my hair cut (which I desperately need to do in waking life -_-). I sat down in a chair, and the lady asked me what I wanted. I told her
"Just a trim, to get rid of these janky highlights."
I then asked her if layers would look good, and she told me she didn't think so. I told her to skip the layers then.

The lady then proceeded to dump a bowl of milk on my head to wet my hair. I thought that was weird. It was apparently supposed to be healthy for your hair. I remember feeling the cold of the milk spilling over my head and down onto the smock that they had put on me. She then combed it out and started cutting away. I noticed that she was cutting it way too short. I heard her say something about a bob cut. I told her to please not do that. She laughed and said she wasn't.

She finished hacking off my hair, and it actually looked quite nice. The back was covered in bright orange, yellow, and red highlights, though they were only temporary colors. I put my hair up in a ponytail. It really looked good! I remember seeing my coworker, Kim, and she said she really liked my hair. I told her thank you.

I walked up to the counter to pay. No one was there. I waited...and waited...and waited. Still, no one showed up. I decided to leave. I'm not going to sit here and wait to pay if no one's gonna come take my money. As I started to leave, this HUGE, long tongue of some beast whipped out of nowhere and smacked me. If I tried to move, it would try to hit me. It was kind of freaky. The tongue also looked like it had been injured; it looked like the pink skin had been peeled back on half of it to reveal a white interior. Ew.

So I guess this was weird, because I realized I must be dreaming. I did a finger count to make sure...6 fingers on my left hand. I decided I needed to get out of there, it was such a silly situation. I remember seeing Kacey and laughing, telling her to come with me. She looked different, however. Her hair was darker and her face just looked different. She didn't follow me as I flew into the air.

I remember flying through some casino or arcade. I would fly up through the roof, and then down back into the building. I didn't want to lose the dream.

Then, I remember being back at the hair salon where the giant tongue was. I remembered that I had wanted to try to use my new portal system to try to visit Teraluna. I approached a wall and drew a circle. Hmm, too small. I drew another one, and it seemed big enough. I wrote "Teraluna" inside of it, and colored the circle in.

I jumped through into a black room. In front of me to my right was an opening into another place. I entered it. I was in some condo by the beach. I took off and flew out of the room. I smiled as I flew over a beautiful landscape of flowing waters, trees, and other plants. All of the colors were very vivid. The water was some of the clearest water I have ever seen in my life. The lighting told me that it must be dusk.

I decided to follow the flow of the water to the ocean. I flew over creeks, small lakes, and rivers, and finally got to the ocean. It looked like dusk over the calm sea. I laughed and said
"This is Teraluna!"
I did some finger counts while I was here, and I always counted 5 fingers, though I still knew I was dreaming.
It was so beautiful!
