Pre-5htp Bed 930 Wbtb 315 for about 15 minutes Supps: G, C, L-Theanine About 5.5 hours sleep Tossed and turned about 1 hour Had Lucid about 430 or 5. Had many other vivids after WBTB but only 1 lucid which is very foggy since it was so long ago and I didn't take notes. I believe I was in a house but I don't remember what I was doing, something triggered me to do a RC and I checked my fingers and had 7 or so. Lucid: I remember wondering through a house for a bit very excited. Then I remembered I wanted to find a mirror to climb through. I entered a room, I guess it was my daughters and found a mirror on the wall. I went up to it, I didn't even check my reflection which was something else I wanted to do. I then attempted to press my head through the mirror but it was just like pushing my head against a mirror in RL. I only attempted this once and I don't remember what I did from here or how the dream ended.
