    1. Dead Space

      by , 11-17-2010 at 04:57 PM
(I was a hybrid of Nicole/somebody in this one. At times it was me, and at other times it wasn't me. For the sake of this dream being recorded, I will say that it wasn't me.)

Nicole was doing her daily rounds in the medical bay when she noticed some people were beginning to act strange. Not violent - just. . . Out of the normal. She noted this in her daily log and went to bed. The next day, things were drastically different. People were. . . Mutating. Turning into something that most definetely was not human. Her parter, whom had been doing rounds with her, told her things were changing. Not everything was going to be the same after this. His face was beginning to melt into some kind of lumpy mass of flesh, and when Nicole asked him what h meant, he simply lifted his hand and pointed.

      Necromorphs.

One of them was tearing into somebody with obvious enjoyment.

Nicole gasped, and her coworker simply turned calmly and began to walk away. He showed them to a safe house - but it honestly didn't matter. The entire colony, which was situated in the ocean, began to go to hell. The dome that covered it cracked, and the ocean quickly rushed in to cover everything. Nicole quickly got to a terminal, and began to call Isaac, hands shaking and voice barely audible.

      He got it.

And the first thing he did was scream. He had to go back into hell to save the person he loved, and it wasn't fair to him, because he'd just come back from the Ishimura. Regardless, he found his newer, better version of his armor. He strapped it on, and with a blinding flash of light, the suit's systems came on.

I woke up right as Isaac was showing up and Nicole was scavenging through supplies methodically in a closet, trying to determine how many people she could save and how many would try to kill her from trying.

    2. Assassin's Creed

      by , 11-13-2010 at 04:47 PM
I was inside of Ezio's estate, and I knew the assassin well. He was having a metting of various people inside of his estate, and I gladly invited myself to it - although I didn't really know anything of the tactics they were planning. Instead I found myself heading upstairs with some other girls, though I kind of wish I hadn't. Instantly I found they were Courtesans, and there to keep another assassin occupied.

When he saw me, though, he asked the Courtesans to leave. What ensued was a short conversation, followed shortly by what was - essentially - him asking my permission to have sex with me. I don't know whether I said yes or no, but I probably said no. This didn't stop him from doing "other things."

This part of the dream was kind of blurred, except for the basics. I understood we both took "turns" as a kind of way to explore each other's bodies and see what we liked to do and what it did to the other person. When he started to go for my neck, I readily enjoyed it.

Then I was waking up and getting dressed again - I don't know how far we went in the dream - I paused, because something felt wrong. The assassin was still sleeping in the bed, but it was raining outside. There was a flashlight on the ground, and I picked it up on instinct. Not a moment too soon, either. The lights suddenly turned off with an audible snapping noise, and since we were located on a hillside, I found that half of the city below us had lost power, too.

The television in the room flicked on, and I found myself freezing as fear flooded through me. Voices and whispers originated from the television, and with an audible shout of fear, I found myself sprinting down the staircase and downstairs. I wanted Ezio. He would be able to protect me. I tried to hide inside of a room, but its features were distorting and changing. I threw a hoodie and pants on as fast as I could and then I was sprinting outside, into the pouring rain.

It switched to Ezio's point of view, then, with the assassin feeling a kind of dread. He had remembered hearing me shout, and had gotten up to investigate, only to find me not in his estate at all. He went upstairs, and found nothing. Then double backed and followed the trail leading out to the front door. Getting a Courtesan with him, Ezio got a carriage together and began to investigate the town.

The first stopped turned up empty. As did the second. And the third. With every stop, the assassin got worse and worse, more anxious to find me. . . And eventually, he noticed a tightly-curled little ball of a person underneath a lamplight.

He jumped off of the carriage and sprinted to me, dropping to his knees beside me. He began to touch me, asking me what was wrong, but I was quiet. I felt like I was drugged, like I was another person entirely, and the world just felt wrong.

I woke up before I could tilt my head to look up at him.

    3. Silent Hill

      by , 10-08-2010 at 05:16 PM
There was a large group of us that were in a bus. Almost convientely, the bus decided to break down and we crashed - right outside of Silent Hill. A group of sixteen of us wandered into the town, but I felt very wary. It was almost snowing outside - it was ash - but the buildings looked to be about half-destoyed and there was not a single person in sight. I wanted to leave the town, but the group convinced me to keep moving on. Eventually we entered a building, and the group got into a small arguement.

Go find residents of this own,

      Or.

      Leave.

I was in full support of the latter option, and did not hesitate to say it. But the group ignored me, and soon they left, leaving me with only five people. A girl clung to my leg and buried her head into the fabric of my pants. A teen, roughly my age, looked at me.

"I don't like this place. It gives me the creeps."

I nodded my head at her, "Good. Hold that close. That'll get us the hell out of here."

"No it won't," Came a new voice. A girl's voice. I turned around and found a very grungy, dirty girl standing behind us. She reeked of power, and I cringed away from it subconsciously.

"The Red God senses sin, and he's moving to deliver just punishment. . . He wants something. Silent Hill is his home."

The town's name. I shivered at the thought of the "Red God." Anything with the name God in the title was not a good sign. As I suspected, this town was filled with creepy people.

"I'll take you to safe haven." I believed the girl - knew I could, on some level - and after a short trek further into the building, she admitted us into a room that just had some tables and chairs. As soon as she closed the door, the building began to shake and everything warped to the Dark Time.

I closed my eyes, because somehow, I'd felt like I'd been here before. Alessa was standing in front of me when I opened them again.

"I can help you leave." She suggested, voice echoing in the caged room we were now in. I nodded my head, and soon the three of us (me, Alessa, and the other teen girl), were talking about the best ways out of Silent Hill. Eventually, however, I felt a shiver crawl down my spine.

Alessa walked over to the door, peeked out into the hallway, and softly muttered something beneath her breath.

"The Red God approaches. We must go. My power and his are evenly matched, and with you, I would not be able to win."

I nodded my head, shuffled the rest of the group through the other door, and as soon as I was about to close it, I got my first glimpse of the Red God. Pyramid Head. I shut the door and ran down the hallway like the rest of my group, and we soon found ourselves climbing up a staircase.

"What's he after? We haven't sinned." I said as I picked up a girl and threw her over my back. She was light, so I was able to run just as quickly. She'd been falling behind.

"He wants something. Craves it. It would tip the balance in his favor. . . I do not want that."

She stopped, and I realized why she had. There was a room, filled with. . . Medical garbage. But everywhere else was blocked off. She gestured for us to get in, and we did. It was digusting, it had used needles, but we did. I hid the girls before I crawled into the garbage, and suddenly Alessa was laughing, frolicking about and singing, "where are they? Where have they gone?"

I heard the screech of a sword as it was drawn close, and my back began to itch. It hurt. I bit my lip and watched as Alessa looked up at Pyramid Head and grinned.

"I just don't know." She said cheekily. He groaned angrily in response before turning away. The fierce pain in my backside relieved itself almost immediately. I groaned in relief.

We were safe - for now.

    4. Terminator / Aliens / Super Smart Children / She Won't Trust Me.

      by , 09-14-2010 at 06:34 PM
      (Aliens)

So in the first dream, I was happily doing nothing in my backyard - just filling the time of the day since I was bored and didn't have a whole lot to do. But then as I look up, I see a gigantic space ship. I'm standing there in awe as I watch it bank slowly and then come to a rest in what seems to be right over my house. I'm standing there when I see holes open up, and something floats down to the ground. I quickly run over to it and discover that it's a root beer. I laugh as I pick it up and taste it - it is pretty good. But then a box appears next to me, also from the ship. And so do two robots.

I'm on the box, being nosy about what's inside, when the robots just pick me - and the box up - and start carrying us to the house. They're in no way malicious or hurtful. In fact, they make sure I don't get jostled around. I do thank them when we do get to the house.

Then I swear I hear that there's something calling me. So I take off, and I actually find a car to go driving up this incredibly steep hill to get to where I'm going. I made a few wrong turns, and my stomach clenches every time, as if to remind me that I'm running out of time, but I make it. As it turns out, it's a shuttle - like the one that's supposed to dock with the ship.

So I go running and find some other people already seated inside of it, and I join them, strapping myself in. As we're picking off, my cousin, Hailey, comes running up and clings to the side of the ship. As I bodily grab her and haul her in, I see some of my family below, and I wave and cheekily say, "I told you it was aliens! You just didn't believe me!"

      -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

      (Terminator )

      Very fragmented.

All I can remember of this one is me being outside of a warehouse-looking thing, and a man I trusted and respected arguing with me. He was telling me, no, I wouldn't be fine. This entire plan had gone to hell.

I calmly offered out my last full magazine to him, telling him he'd be needing it more than I did. Angrily he swore, accepted it, and slammed it into his gun. Pulling out an empty magazine, I filled it up with the few extra bullets I had in my pockets. It was only a quarter or so full, but it was good enough for me.

"Go." I told him, looking him square in the eye. He glared at me, but did what he was told, and I turned around and rushed into the warehouse, where I was confronted by a monster. I put it down easily, and then stood there, closing my eyes and regaining my composure.

      ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

      (Super Smart Children).

Don't really remember much of this one.

Besides that there were incredibly smart children, and I watched as they were babies to the time that they were teens. And every time they passed a test, they were rewarded. But every time they failed, they were "punished" in a manner of speaking. Eventually, however, the youngest of their number died, and the kids covered it up well enough that the people weren't able to tell the difference.

Except for when the top dog ushered two of them into his office, and questioned them about the girl who'd died. They kids got angry, and the girl was just abotut to lash out at him.

      -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I was in a beautiful place bordering the water and walking around to my heart's content. I met a man there, he seemed nice, but as soon as we pulled into a semi-less populated area, he slammed his fist into my temple and knocked me out cold. When I woke up, I'd discovered my money gone and my head throbbing. So I got out to walk around again, only he was there - AGAIN. This time he spared me the formalities, got me on my ass somehow, and then he cocked my head just right before he smacked me a final time.

When I woke up again, I wanted blood. But I couldn't find the asshole. So instead I went to the store to go buy something, and then my coworker, Savvy, was there - with the guy. she instantly caught onto my murderous gestures and glares and eventually strode over to me as I was fiddling with something.

"So. . . Wanna know why we don't get along so well? It's because you're antisocial. Bordeline maniac."

I slapped her, hard. Then I grabbed the front of her shirt and hauled her in close.

"You listen-" she tried to snarl, but I got there quicker.

"No. You listen to what I have to say. That asshole you're with? He's only after your damn money. Every time he saw me, he took all of mine and then punched me in the side of the head to knock me out."

She looked shocked then, still angry but shocked, and was probably going to say something else, but I'd woken up.

    5. First Day Of School

      by , 09-12-2010 at 02:53 PM
(I had a feeling this one was part of another dream, but as per the norm, I woke up for no reason at all in the middle of the night.)

I had missed the first day of school because I'd been sick, so when I finally came back, I was scrambling to have everything done and accounted for. I didn't get all the teacher's syllabuses, but I did get a packet that contained two journals, a whole bunch of papers, and what the teacher called his "Welcome to school gift and personal learning plan."

I was utterly confused, but listened anyway to a confusing teaching style that involved teacher-student interaction and students functioning on their own. Eventually I just shrugged and said, "okay. I think I get it."

It didn't help that this math class I was supposed to take was just about two hours long.

      FML.

      I woke up.

    6. Zombies, 9/11, And Hard To Recall.

      by , 09-11-2010 at 02:58 PM
(This was a three-part dream from me constantly waking up. I'm going to have to find a better solution for this.)

The first dream involved zombies. Granted, it wasn't a very large zombie area, but I remember that I had to get to something and zombies were in the way.

Very, VERY short. Inspired by all the Resident Evil: Apocolypse trailers I've been seeing everywhere.

      ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I was in one of the WTC towers when it was hit by one of the airplanes. I had my golden retriever, Sam, with me, but shortly after that, I saw that everybody was going to lose it. So I shouted, "it's okay. Stay calm, and we're going to be okay. We're going to start taking the stairs outside."

We were on the lower building levels, and surprisingly, everybody did as I asked them too. We all began to walk out of the building calmly, as though we were doing a drill instead of a response to a terrorist attack. My dog was seperated from me, and I wanted to call out his name, panic, and run to him, but I knew I couldn't.

People would freak out if I did. So when I evacuated the building, I wrang out my hands and asked a fireman to help me locate my dog - but Sam came trotting out when I called his name.

I lead him away from the building and towards someplace safer, petting him all the while.

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This one was more difficult to recall. I know that I was wondering where the hell something was, and I was helping my friend build something for HIS friend.

I'd met this somewhat cute guy when I woke up. He had a couple of facial piercings, and I remember he said he was on the East Coast (or somewhere close to it).

    7. Digimon

      by , 09-09-2010 at 03:06 PM
(Seems like my brain wants to continue the Digimon trend. Alright, I'm game.)

Me and my friends were riding a motorcycle, except there were three of us on there. Somehow the driver lost his balance, and down we went. I was screaming as I hit the pavement, felt my arm drag heavily against the asphalt, but only suffered a minor scrape on my arm. A car was fast approaching the intersection, and as I looked at it, a new piece of fear wove through me.

"Don't hit me! Don't run me over!" I screamed desperately, and I closed my eyes as I heard the car screeching, only to find the tread of the front tire inches away from my forehead. As I breathed a collective sigh of relief, I gathered everybody up and determined us fit and fine. Nobody had been hurt.

The next day I found myself in a department store. It was big, fancy, and very high tech. As I was browsing around, I couldn't help but think that I was being followed. Lo and behold, I was. A man was stalking me through the store, bloody murder in his eyes. Somehow, he got injured - whether or not it was a clothing rack of some kind falling on him or he was already injured - I don't know. But then he was chasing after me.

I beat him to the elevator and stabbed the "down" button, and the doors blissfully shut before he got there. I could hear his screams as he beat on the elevator door. Once out, I quickly looked for a place to hide, and sought refuge in the women's restroom. Crawling under the overhang of the sinks, I tucked my knees against my chest and I waited for the man to come screaming down to where I was. He did, yelling my name and frantically running to and fro, but he could not find me. A young boy entered the bathroom looking for his mother, and I caught sight of him.

"Psst." I said, a gentle smile on my face, "Come here. We'll wait here, where it's safe." He did as I asked, seemingly thinking it was a game of some kind.

As the crazy man drew closer to the bathroom, I remember thinking I wished there was some way I could escape. . . And instantly, I was in another place. A bar, of some kind, with grungy men scattered everywhere. They looked rather like pirates - and imagine my surprise to discover that they were pirates. I soon found that I was in the Digital World, and in a town that had run bone-dry of water.

I don't know why, but I set out to find the problem. Find it I did. A village of smaller digimon had dammed up the lake that led to the Pirate Town. The only way to free this lake was to hit the main control switch at the center of it. Clambering over a trail of floaties leading to it, the Digimon tried to squirrel me away, but I hit it and the dam broke. They were mad at me instantly, but I was mad right back.

"How could you? There's plenty of water for everyone to share. Stop this nonsense right now."

Both towns resolved the matter peacefully, but almost instantly afterwards, I was in the real world. Almost breathing another sigh of relief, I went about my daily life before I discovered my brother handing me an odd camera. He begged me to take a picture of him using the new camera. Frowning, I obeyed, getting the feeling that something was off, and as soon as I did, he disappeared. He'd been transported to the digital world. I tried desperately to find him, but could not.

Right as I gave up home, two Digimon came to the real world - Beelzemon and another Digimon. I was looking outside for my brother to find the pair coming out onto the porch and then shooting fruit. With their incredibly powerful weapons. When I stared at them, about to tell them to knock it off, Beelzemon gave me a "so?" stare.

"I'm callibratin' it." He just replied simply.

      I woke up shortly after.

    8. Daemonica

      by , 09-07-2010 at 03:22 PM
(Based on a romance novel series my sister got me into.)

I was in Doc E's house, with his wife, Taylyn. She was heavily pregnant and we were just talking about the baby and her life with E. I was their sister, except without the full-blown Seminus status. I grinned as Taylyn told me something hilarious, and then I was cocking my head because I heard something. Like a door splintering. I slipped out of the kitchen and into the living room, where a woman was looking at me, a wickedly creepy smile on her face.

"Tell me where they are." She said, right before she pulled out a knife and went for me. I managed to fight back, and ended up with only a couple scrapes, but as if that triggered something, all the sudden the house was just filled with people that were like ninjas.

I fight through a few more, to Taylyn, and manage to convince her to hide. She's pregnant - regardless of whether or not she can fight, the baby might be hurt. As soon as I get her hidden, I sneak back into the house and find that the ninjas discovered three odd-looking artifiacts - a key, a box, and a necklace. All of them were sharp lines and curves and black. Demonic-looking. I manage to steal the key and the box back, and I shove them into Taylyn's hiding place.

As I go back into the house, I find a man there. He's looking at me stoicly, and he pulls out a long knife. It looks really sharp.

"Tell me where they are." He says tonelessly, and I spit, "Go to hell!"

We go at it, but I know I've already lost. I attack, but he raises the knife and I catch it in my hand. I scream - it hurts, it stings, worse than anything I've already felt. Regardless, he tries to get me again, and I catch the blade once more. Angry at me, he sends me down onto the floor and leans over me, chuckling in my ear.

"I want you to deliver a message to your brothers. . . I will find it." And with every word, he slices me open, leaving me a bloody mess on the kitchen floor.

I black out then, the pain too much to take. When I do wake up, it's because somebody is in the house, but I can't warn Taylyn. My breathing is so choppy. It's like I'm hyperventilating. I try to get up, but only crash back onto the floor and groan. Then somebody is calling my name - it's E and Shade, I assume Wraith must be somewhere else in the house, searching for other intruders.

They're afraid to touch me, and I can barely see them. I can't focus on them, my head feels foggy and I'm too tired. E and Shade start cursing at me and tell me not to go back to sleep, to stay with them. I try to tell them what happened, but my odd breathing make it difficult.

But I manage to spit it out, and E thanks me wholeheartedly for keeping Taylyn safe. Then there's an ambulance, and they lift me up onto a gurney so get me to Underworld General. I'm fading fast, but I try to tell E that Taylyn has the key and the box he'd had hidden.

As I fall asleep again, the last thing I remember are the hospital lights flashing overhead as I'm wheeled into the OR, people desperately shouting orders and the loud squeal of the gurney wheels ringing in my ears.

    9. The Power In Me.

      by , 08-10-2010 at 04:57 AM
I also don't remember some of this dream, which I had just last night. As I've said, I've been working heavy hours and pretty long days, so me getting a sound sleep with fully-memorable dreams is an incredibly hard task to do right now. But I'm working on it.

I remember that I was with a group of four other girls, and we were to meet with another group of four girls. They wanted something that we possessed, but it was going to be a showdown on who was to get it. So, oddly enough, we met them at a cemetary and as I stood there, feeling uncertain, the leader of the other group stepped forward and gave us a wicked, evil smile.

I'm not too sure what happened then, except suddenly I was on the run and seperated from the people in my group. So I ran, except they were after me, and I was scared. And that's when it felt like a switch in my brain flipped, and power flooded me. A girl laid her hand on me, and I smacked my hand against her - and light poured out from my hand and knocked her back. It wasn't strong enough to hurt her, but just enough to protect me.

I'm not sure how I knew then, but I knew they were after me. So i turned tail and ran again as she laughed, a mocking and really creepy laugh.

    10. The Collector

      by , 08-10-2010 at 04:49 AM
I don't remember much of this dream - it happened two nights ago, and it was incredibly short. I haven't been sleeping very well.

Anyway, I remember I was at the mercy of a very powerful man. He had money to burn and he wasn't afraid to flaunt his power and outright murder people for refusing his demands. I wasn't sure how he managed to catch me, but I was watched and monitored every hour of every day. And soon, he began to "acquire" more girls. It was almost like he was making a collection of sorts, but I just couldn't figure out what was happening or why. We all looked remotely alike, too. Brown hair, blue eyes. . .

This one night he assembled the girls out on the deck and dressed them in a uniform that was both revealing, and somehow flattering to a female body. He was kind that night, and despite ourselves, we found we were laughing and we suddenly didn't feel so lonely and apart anymore. A sudden wave of homesickness fell over me, though, and as I looked up at the sky (for we were out on a deck under a waning moon), and I rested my head against the railing and sighed.

But I saw a flash, and as I looked up, I saw that the moon was suddenly. . . Very appealing. And it went from being a sliver to building in size and shape, until it was a full moon. Once completed, there was a blinding flash, and suddenly I was falling backwards - and I was in a completely different place.

      I woke up.

    11. I Am Legend

      by , 08-01-2010 at 04:42 AM
Everybody in my family became Infected with this strange virus, so I took it upon myself to end their misery. It was hard, and it was before they turned completely, but I managed. Somehow I was not infected, so I moved on with my dog - to a place where other survivors were gathering. I was hoping that maybe I could stay safe with them. And for a while, we were. We gathered supplies and moved into this large asphalt/brick house that was both sturdy and spacious, and isolated. A heavy-plated truck was our escape vehicle in the garage, and we took it upon ourselves to memorize every nook and cranny of the house in case something happened.

Axel (my dog) took well to living there. He never strayed far from me, so protective he was, but he'd play in the sunlight and happily go to and fro with the smaller children and play with them.

But like all good things, it had to end.

Hunters broke in, and my dog attacked them. He was Infected, then, but before I could go to him, I was ushered inside o the house and we were scrambling to get safe. My dog was taken inside, and I remember he was taken behind a door I was not allowed to enter. When we were attacked again, the next night, everything had been packed up into the getaway truck and as I was about to enter, I saw my dog, bound and insane. I bit my lip as I entered the truck, and away we went. The Hunters had attacked in the sunset, so we used it to our advantage.

We drove for what seemed like forever, but finally got to another safe haven - in Colorado. It was an incredibly fortified visitor's center of sorts, and it acted of somewhat like a store. We grew and sold food and other important things to people who travelled there in search of us. It was there that we discovered the alien life form that had come down and polluted the people, mutating them into Hunters.

But we had a small creature - another alien - and it raised the alien flora that had taken root in the visitor center. Everything was beautiful, captured into tubes and perfectly temperature-controlled. I took the small creature into my hand and had it give me a small tour. Against my will, however, I began to cry. The kind of deep heaves that leaves you feeling exhausted and tired. It was because I had killed everything I had ever loved.

Over time, we effectively found out how to stop the Hunters. We would lure them into the building and test possible ways to kill them. And we eventually found the correct way to do it.

      Again, it was compromised.

I remember everyone was running back and forth and was screaming. A woman I was fond of ran back inside to save something, back inside of the building filled with Hunters, and I knew she would die. Her husand and I waited outside, in the heavy duty truck. A girl who was with us tried to plead with him to leave her, because if he cared about survival he would. He was going to wait for his "fool wife" he told her.

I was spurred into action, ran back inside of the building and began to search for her. I ran straight into a Hunter, which turned around and looked at me with eyes that only reeked of murderous intents.

"Don't," I pleaded, "Don't hurt her. Just turn around and leave, there are plenty of other things for you to eat besides her and me."

To my surprise, it did. It turned around and walked off calmly.

Something else was beginning to happen, but I was so scared and shaken that I pulled myself out of the dream.
