Fragment of Dreams
Frags: I was touring a very interesting city when I was woken by my alarm.
Frags: I'm singing an improvised melody, trying to incorporate some fast scales as a unifying motive. One of the scales works really well, ending up on the right note at just the right time. But the next one is rather less smooth, and I stop my improvisation with a rueful grin and an apology to my listeners.A man suddenly stops talking to do a strange pose: some kind of contorted lunge. While posing, he's a naked woman.
Frags: I remember no details, but . . . sex was involved [Side note: I just got home after finishing finals.]
Frags: something about getting up on time
Frags: "apathy will the next?" [don't ask; I have no clue]
Frags: Java codingchamber music
Frags: "Stonehenge giant""high computing power""abyss""Rite of Spring" [I haven't been updating on schedule because it's finals week. Predictably, after so much time, I have no recollection of any of these dreams.]
Frags: another anxiety dream about packing for a trip
Frags: I'm trying to read something, but the words are out of focus. I try switching glasses, but it doesn't help.
Frags: something about my current math/CS professor
Frags: something about coding for a game involving mathematical symbols
Frags: designing a computer chip?something about a high-security door? [I've no recollection of those dreams at all, but apparently I did when I took notes about them in my dream journal this morning. My recall's going a bit haywire. . . . I blame midterms.]
Frags: working on a math problem that involved counting and a grid with the cells colored in a pattern
Frags: a few different dreams involving swimming poolssomething about my family's pet cat
Frags: taking bites out of a head of lettuce, but it tastes so gross that I wonder if it's not actually brussel sprouts
