      Try a REM rebound! Sleep less than 5 hours, then just sleep for the motherland. 10 or more. Gl dude! I hope you start dreaming again soon.

      YES I did it and it helped for one day. I look now for the fact why I couldn't recall something

      For me stress and less than 7 hours of sleep kills my recall. Might be that? Try meditating and sleeping longer hehe. GL!

      today I'm trying to get at least 9 hours of sleep and I hope it gets better than. The last days I did not sleep much, because I'm not used to get early in bed and anyway, I don't get much sleep at weekends because I than go out with friends.
