    1. Telepathy, tree houses, and blue tortilla chips

      by , 06-10-2010 at 11:40 PM (Hidden's Dream Journal)
My brother had invented something that lets you talk to a person using your mind. I talked to a couple of people, but whenever I did that they said they had to go to the bathroom. I asked my brother if it was broken. I then scoped out my new room, which was a tree trunk shared with three other people.

We were outside my house, only it was kind of different. There was a plate of different types of chips, which were being split up among different nations. There were these bright blue tortilla chips, which were apparently from some long-lost civilization.

I went and helped a little girl get onto her bike, adjusting the seat and stuff. I think I'd let her fall off before, so she didn't exactly trust me. My friend's mom had more luck helping her.

There was a bit near the end where my aunt was running around wearing a very brightly colored bra on her butt.

    2. The other side of the mirror

      by , 06-10-2010 at 04:51 AM (Hidden's Dream Journal)
There was a mirror wall with a hole that created a weird optical illusion. My friends and I debated whether to go through, then decided to do our project first. We each wrote some stuff down, then read it out loud.

I was on the other side of the mirror (which was sort of like an alternate reality), and Gracie (my cat) was in trouble. My mom went to rescue her. I went with her, but ended up saving Gus (my neighbor's cat) instead. On the way back he got soaked, though, which was a bit of a bummer for him.

Then I was in a writing class. We had a really strict teacher. She'd given directions, but I hadn't been listening and thus had no clue what we were supposed to be doing, so I just wrote whatever came to mind. Turns out we were supposed to be listening to some tapes in our groups to prepare for a group quiz/jeopardy game. Then I got my writing from last semester back. It had comments all over it. I thought the new teacher had written them, but then I saw that all the comments were really nice, so I thought that they must have been my teacher from last semester's old comments.
