Golden Tales From The Dream World

Dreams are an inescapable part of my life.
That fact became more so when my dream recall became surprisingly good just after a week or so of trying to improve it.
Now it seems that whether I like it or not, I remember almost all of my dreams.
Because of this, the world of my dreams have become more tangible for me.
Now they are something I want to explore and try to understand.
That's why I'm trying to hone my abilities as a lucid dreamer.

    Glossary:

Knightmare: Typically nightmares are a single entity, like a monster or a criminal, so I refer to them as knightmares, warriors of fear.

ISD: Inconsistent Spatial Dimensions. In dreams there is a lack of consistency in spatial dimensions, meaning you could walk into a room that's big on the inside and small on the outside.

Dream me: I refer to the non-lucid me as dream me, since I act much differently than I do in waking life.

No WL counterpart: This person only exists in the dream, it isn't based off of anyone in waking life.

    1. Where Do My Nightmares Come From? Part 4 "The Conjecture"

by , 02-23-2013 at 03:15 AM (Golden Tales From The Dream World)
These are the side notes for this dream I had.

So I guess I should preface this with 80% of my nightmares have taken place in my apartment.
The other 20% percent mostly includes zombie apocalypses (still think that should be apocali) and the odd gangster who tries to rob me or something.
I've always wondered why that is, I mean to be fair a lot of my dreams in general take place there but it still came off as odd.
So after I woke up from that last dream what did I think?
This "Quarantine Zone", houses my knightmares, and The Organization is a sect of my subconscious trying to suppress them.
This starts to make more and more sense the more I think about it.
There have been multiple times recently when an nightmare should have appeared because of my expectations, but it didn't.
This seemed odd to me, but I now understand that it was because my knightmares couldn't physically get to me.
I think that maybe, for whatever reason, when a knightmare comes into existence, it appears at my apartment, and either I'm already there, or it has to make it's way to me, which wouldn't me too hard considering they could probably take advantage of inconsistent spatial dimensions in dreams.
In case that last statement has you for a loss, dreams, for the most part, don't have consistent spatial dimensions, as in there is no actual "map" of where ever you are in a dream.
That's why you can walk into a room and have it be bigger on the inside than it appears to be on the outside, there are inconsistencies.
I'm guessing that knightmares can take advantage of that in order to get to me after they appear at my apartment.
However, that was how things used to be.
Now "The Organization" has them quarantined inside the building, which means they can no longer reach me, unless of course they some how breach it.
The Quarantine Zone is another example of ISD.
Were you to just look around the regular parts of the building you probably wouldn't find any entrance to the zone.
That's because the whole zone itself exists in an inconsistent space in the building, meaning it's probably pretty difficult to find.
Now I know what you may be thinking, I know the thought crossed my mind.
Maybe this was just a one off dream? Yeah maybe, however there was a bit of consistency with one of my previous dreams previously that kind of made me wonder.
You know how she was referring to "Zone" 1 and "Zone" 2 all the time?
I assumed that that was what you'd call an outbreak, "Zone" followed by a number.
So were a knightmare were to breach quarantine now, the event would be called a "Zone" 2, something that almost happened that night.
But what about "Zone" 1? She was clearly referring to a previous outbreak.
Well the last knightmare I saw was about a week or so previously, and guess where it took place?
The knightmare was a large mound with fur from it. It sprouted about 80 or so eye stalks from its body.
However he wasn't the real problem, he would release spores and infect things, turning them into half corpse half serpent type things.
When I was running away from it and left the building, I remember a bunch of people were rushing over inside the building, as well as giant iron bars coming down and closing off all the exists.
I remember thinking that the bars were to keep the thing in, and that the people were there to take care of it.
I believe this incident was the "Zone" 1 that she was referring to.
As for why she said "In trying to prevent another [outbreak] you almost caused [an outbreak]", I'm guessing that is a bit self explanatory.
What isn't was exactly what kind of measures they were putting in to prevent another outbreak that almost caused one, that remains a mystery.
I should also comment on the fact that the bloody zombie virus is held in the quarantine zone as well.
I guess because the virus is, well, microscopic, it is much easier for it to break quarantine, which is why zombie apocalypse dreams are more frequent (just a guess, dreams don't have to be consistent after all).
I actually have had quite a few zombie apocalypse dreams inside or around the apartment.
One more thing, I'm not exactly sure when this quarantine was established.
It had to be recent though, since this whole lack of knightmares thing hasn't really been a thing until maybe a month or so ago.
So I'm not sure at one point my knightmares became rampant in my apartment building to the point where my subconscious suppressed them, or "quarantined" them.
I also still don't know why my knightmares all appear at that old apartment building, who knows why?
The next time I become lucid I plan on looking into this whole thing further, try to see what exactly this organization is.
Do they know they're in a dream? That last woman seemed to not, but she did understand the strangeness of the dream world, something I've never seen a DC do.
Maybe one day I'll go into The Quarantine Zone and take a look for myself.
For now I certainly know, where my knightmares come from.
    2. Where Do My Nightmares Come From? Part 3 "The Party"

by , 02-23-2013 at 02:00 AM (Golden Tales From The Dream World)
      Dream
      Lucid
      Semi-Lucid

This part really has nothing to do with the previous, however it was in the same night.
It also show a bit of an example of inconsistent spatial dimensions in dreams, which will come up later in future conjecture.

      February 19th 2013

After a while of resting my friend hudson comes over.
He says we're going to some kid's birthday party.
He belongs to group of friends that we know and party with from time to time but we're not really friends with them.
We head over to his place.
As expected there's a bunch of pretentious people there.
I look around and see that the ratio of boys to girls is about 50/50.
Which means my chances of getting laid tonight are pretty high.
Speaking of pretty high, there's a few people in the loving area that are pretty stoned.
There all watching tv or something.
There's quite a few people scattered about, some but the sink, some playing ping pong or pool.
The vibe is a bit, meh.
Hudson's already disappeared off doing his own thing.
I decide to go sit by the couch and watch some tv.
The birthday kid is here, just sitting around doing nothing. I decide to indulge him.
We begin watching a movie and I get really into it (literally).
It's about this huge battle between cartoon characters and marshmallow people.
The marshmallows carry over sized tooth picks as spears.
The cartoon characters are trying to get to this wall that holds all the clones of the cartoon characters.
      It's a bloody battle.
One of them, a wizard of some sort, carries 2 trumpets, (not like musical instruments like the ones that brought down the walls of fucking jericho).
He's using them to blow enemies away.
At one point one of them is destroyed, he still fights on though.
Then, after an intense battle with a giant marshmallow.

"Uh oh, where'd my trumpet go?"

The enemy had gotten a hold of it.
      Dear god.
They used it to decimate the battlefield.
The battle was lost, when suddenly, the clones decided to fight for the others, and helped destroy the marshmallow people.
I really don't do it justice this was fucking awesome.
When the movie was done everyone in the area was either tired or asleep.
Jeez, how long has it been?
I went to go get some water, however there are no cups.
This forces me to have to drink water out of a ziplock bag.
After I've finished by beverage I begin to move on, however the birthday boy asks for my ear first.

"Hey, I just wanted to let you know, you're a pretty cool dude C.J., you're like, the only person here who isn't drunk are high, that's cool."

"Hey man don't mention it ." I reply.

      I move into the hallway.
I see that in one of the rooms there is a pool table. Pretty cool.
      I continue my exploration.
The hallway goes quite a long way down.
I take a look into another one of the rooms.
It's bigger than any of the others, looks like it belongs in a mansion.
I move along and begin to wonder, where's hudson?
Wasn't he here with me when I got here?
How did I get here? Didn't hudson bring me?
Faint memories of hudson arriving at my apartment to pick me up ache at the back of my head.
I can't remember that well, but I guess he did.
      I look into another room.
      Wow.
The ceiling is way high up, theres a long dining table here decorated with expensive plates and silverware.
There are a few party guests eating at the table.
This place looks like it belongs in buckingham palace or something.
I keep going and at the end of the hallway leads double doors to a huge rec room where a stage is set up.
Apparently the birthday boy's little brother is performing some kind of rap.
There's a lot of people here.
There all bunched together at the stage so I can't see it.
I decide to not go by there since I'd just be in a huge crowd of cramped together people.
A few other people have adopted that same opinion and have stayed by where I am, by the door.
One of the guys (a guy I met 3 years ago in cuba) decides we should dance, and starts to salsa with me.
Unfortunately I have to left feet for some reason and am stepping on his feet constantly.
We swap partners and now I'm partnered with a girl a little shorter than me (also someone I met from the same cuba trip).
I seem to do a little better, I'm using all my power to try and not step on her feet.
We swap again and this time I'm partnered with a different girl.
She was wearing a blue sweater, had elbow long brown hair, and was about my height (no wl counterpart).
However, she recused to dance with me, which I found quite rude.
      I soon after woke up.

    3. Where Do My Nightmares Come From? Part 2 "The Quarantine Zone"

by , 02-23-2013 at 01:00 AM (Golden Tales From The Dream World)
      Dream
      Lucid
      Semi-Lucid

There's not a whole lot I can say about this with out a wall of conjecture, that's coming later.
This was quite the revelation when I woke up though.

      February 19th 2013

I continue in the street for a bit until I transition into the lobby of my apartment.
My aunt is there, she and a baby, along with my little cousin and some other cousins (I don't know who the baby is).
      I walk to the elevator.
In my lobby, when you walk to the elevator and look on either side of you you see a hallway separated from the lobby by a glass door.
I did, except on the other side of the door is a xenomorph from alien licking the glass.
      Oh...
      Oh my god...
A woman runs out the elevator and catches my attention.

"Did you hear me? I said in trying to prevent a "Zone" 1 you almost caused a "Zone" 2!"

She's the same woman from before, talking about that zone movie.
A picture of a movie poster that says "Zone" on it with a dark green background and pictures of xenomorphs on it appears in my head.
Is it a spinoff from the alien series?
I look back to the door and the xenomorph's gone.
Did I imagine it? Must have.
The woman remains in the lobby, she's still talking to someone on a headset.
I decide to head upstairs in the elevator to my floor.
As soon as I get to my floor and walk out Robert Pattinson is there to greet me.
He has white make up on his face as though he were straight off the set from twilight.
He says hey and gets in. I decide to stay inside as we head back to the lobby.

"So have you seen that girl Rhea around? She's awesome isn't she?"

      "Yeah she is pretty cool."

"Man, I hope I get the chance to meet her."

"Yeah... Uh, you know, she's my sister."

      "Oh, cool."

The elevator opens and he goes to meet my family members, though my sister isn't one of them.
That woman from before is still here, what's her problem?
      I go up to her.

"Um, what are you talking about?"

"There may have been a breach."

      "A breach? From what?"

      "The quarantine zone."

"Quarantine zone? We don't have that-"

"Yes, you do, and we've been trying to keep it secure for a long time now."

      "We?"

"The organization, we're trying to keep this place safe. Earlier there was almost a breach from the quarantine zone, something almost got out, it could've gotten ugly, but we got it under control."

"I don't understand, what tried to escape?"

      "Something.... It wasn't good okay?"

"What's going on here, who is the organization?"

"We're in charge of this place. There are various agents throughout the building, each tenant has to live with one for safety precautions, you never know when things can get ugly."

      "Ugly?"

"A quarantine breach, sometimes they're small and controllable, sometimes all hell breaks loose. In case of latter, we need to be prepared."

"So, that thing I saw before, did I imagine it?"

"It'd be better if you thought you did."

      "So what's the quarantine zone?"

"This place used to be a mess. Those things had taken over everything, it was chaos. That's when we came in. We were able to fight them back to a certain area of the building, then we sealed it off. Ever since we've
fought to maintain the peace here."

I see an entrance to one of the parts of the quarantine zone in the underground parking lot.
It looks like a fort, made of some sort of unknown bluish metal.

"I've heard crazy things about the quarantine zone, in some places in there it's winter. The things it houses are even crazier, things you just can't explain, I know they're bad though."

It's snowing inside the building? What the hell...
I flash to somewhere in the quarantine zone.
It's in a room I've never seen before, it's kind of like a small laboratory.
There's a few normal looking people in there, 2 guys 1 girl.
There lounging around drinking coffee, must be one of the more tamer parts of the quarantine zone.
The girl nearly knocks over a silver suitcase.

"Be careful there, we give that thing a light push and you know what happens."

Wait, my god. That suitcase houses the zombie virus.
      I'm back with the woman.

"You're good to go, it's safe now. Move along."

She points me to the direction of the elevator.
My family members and Robert Pattinson are gone.
I head to my apartment and try to forget about what she told me.
    4. Where Do My Nightmares Come From? Part 1 "The Fortress"

by , 02-22-2013 at 11:41 PM (Golden Tales From The Dream World)
      Dream
      Lucid
      Semi-Lucid

So, I've been holding out on posting this for a while.
Well I've been holding out a bit on posting in general.
I had a lucid dream on monday, but I never ended up making a full fledged journal for it (at the moment it's just jot notes)
and the day after I had this dream which took a lot more time to write.
I guess I should make posts for all my lucid dreams here, but it was just bad timing I guess.
Maybe I'll post it later I don't know.
      But I digress.
This is one of the most interesting dreams I've had, well, in a VERY long time.
It isn't lucid at all yet it has to do with dreams and my inner psyche.
Some of my long running questions get answered and in it's wake more questions develop.
I'll have a whole "Side Notes" post about this on it's self since were I to put it in the entry those conjecture brackets would take up most of the page.

      February 19th 2013

We were trying to break into a fortress with untold riches inside.
We had tried various attempts to get in but all ended in failure.
There was a large front door in the fortress, however it only leads into my school.
I head inside to meet with the team in our clubroom.
Our team is made up of three other girls and myself.
I'm really eager to break into this fortress.
I can't help but feel that there's something important inside, something that I need.
I ask them to head back out and go try again but they've already given up.
They'd rather eat lunch or go to class or something.
I ask them to give it one more try.
The red head girl in our squad agrees and heads back out.
I can see through her eyes but can't control her movements.
When you attempt to break in to the fortress you start on a cement platform.
Below you is some water, and in front of you a large cliff face.
At the bottom of the cliff face is a small chained up door.
Because it resides underneath the cliff it's shadowy and dark.
To the right of the platform is a path that leads to the doorway back to the school.
As she sits there and ponders a huge axe starts swinging down toward her.
Now, wait, that wasn't there before!
I project the thought into her mind as loud as I can.
"Jump into the water you fool!"
She hops off and lands face first into the water.
Then she's back in the clubroom, she never left.
Makes sense, we were doing all that telepathically.
Which means that fortress resided within someones mind.
      But, whose?
      (It was mine).
Now I'm pissed, whoever's mind it is they're not gonna let us in easily, or at all.
I join the "give up" bandwagon.
Everyone goes off to do there own thing, girly stuff I bet.
I go to the front of the school where I left my backpack and jacket.
I put them back on and start to head out.
However, before I leave, I over hear someone.
"Dammit! In trying to prevent the things that happened in the "Zone" 1 you idiots almost started a "Zone" 2!"
Hm wonder what she's talking about, a movie or something?
      Whatever.
As soon as I leave onto the street I can't help but feel as though I'm homeless.
Well that sucks, I think to myself.

    5. Crash Landing a Plane; Getting My Ass Kicked

by , 02-18-2013 at 08:16 PM (Golden Tales From The Dream World)
      Dream
      Lucid
      Semi-Lucid

It was one of those lazy days for me.
I woke up with the memory of my dream still in my head.
I thought, "I should probably write down some keywords".
      Then I thought, "........Naaaaaaah."
Then I just lied down back in bed.
Obviously the next time I woke up I had forgotten it.
      "Goddamn it!"
The last thing I remembered were 2 keywords, Coscillard (sosillard) and ascalade.
I was pretty disappointed in myself, I'm usually so good at dream recall.
I went to my closet and remembered something else.
In my dream I went to put pants on, and they had my belt already fastened around them, so I didn't have to look for it.
Then I went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror for a bit.
I stared at my mustache making various faces (oh come on admit it you do it too), then something clicked.
      I remembered everything.

      February 16th 2013

      I'm on a plane.
I'm in the same cabin as my grandma, for some reason we're the only ones here.
She and I share a heart felled talk about life.
We kind of bond for a bit.
After were done she goes and sits back down in her chair.
The question still lingers, where is everyone?
I decided to go into the other cabin in front (there were only 2 cabins, it was a small plane).
That's when the gravity of the situation kind of hit me.
There were about 9 people in the front cabin, all of them panicking.
One of the windows had cracked open and was letting in strong gusts of air that were visibly white.
Something had gone wrong with the plane, and we had to make an emergency landing.
Except, there were no airports around.
I sat down in one of the seats with my head poking out into the aisle.
Apparently the original pilots were dead or unconscious, because one of the passengers was flying, though he seemed to have experience.
At this point, I also noticed that the cockpit had nothing separating it from the cabin, it was pretty much a part of it.

"TREES?! ARE THERE ANY TREES IN THE AREA?! WE NEED TO USE THEM TO BREAK OUR SPEED!"

A woman responded to him. She was hysterical and had tears in her eyes.

      "Um...yeah. There's some trees. ;_;"

But it was already too late for that, we had to land now.
We started to descend onto a highway.
We touched down and began to brake.
Various cars coming are way had to swerve out of the way to avoid us hitting them.
Eventually the plane came to a nice halt, we had made.

"WOOH! YEAH! THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKIN ABOUT!" I yelled enthusiastically.

Everyone else gave a rowdy applause, they were happy to not be dead.
I stepped out and walked toward a parking lot.
There was a little entrance to what now I can only assume was a planetarium or something.
There were to officers at the entrance wearing ponchos (it was raining), one a man one a woman.
The woman made a comment about our proficiency in some way.

"Yeah, were proficient enough to land a goddamn plane!" I responded.

I went inside and moved through, I couldn't really remember why I was here.
I then recognized the voice of my teacher and decided to travel toward it.
I came across a little area where a wall was blocking my view of my teacher and assumed classmates.
I had a bit of a hard time getting on the other side of the wall.
(I think it was because my brain was loading all of the classmates).
I see a bench with quite a few of my fellow students sitting on it, as well as my aforementioned teacher.
He was showing pictures of his ex-girlfriend on his iPad.
Apparently he was explaining how she had gotten some kind of maturity disorder and started growing facial hair.
I can't help but feel like he's showing us this out of spite for her for some reason.
We started to walk around for a bit.
I began walking with a kid I know kevin (I know a lot of kevins by the way).
We were talking about something or the other, perhaps something about space travel.

      _______

I was in someones house with 2 people, a man and a woman, who were in a relationship together.
I guess I was kind of "in the mood" at the time, and the closest DC happened to be her.
I used my unintentional skill of persuasion to woo her and she carefully slipped away from her boyfriend.
We were about to get away together when her boyfriend noticed what was going on.
What happened next was actually pretty surprising.
He beat the ever loving shit out of me.
I don't mean just punching me while down on the ground, but an actual fist fight.
Near the end of it he sparta kicked me into a pool, and then proceeded to pummel me some more.
I didn't feel any pain, though I did get really fucked up.
I had cuts and bruises and was bleed profusely form most of my orifices.

This is surprising because I've, as far as I've known, never been able to be beaten in a fist fight in a dream before.
I remember repeated times where I tried to fight back to which he responded by blocking and destroying me some more.
I, till this point, didn't know that was possible.

    6. So There's This Girl...

by , 02-15-2013 at 02:00 AM (Golden Tales From The Dream World)
      Dream
      Lucid
      Semi-Lucid

This should technically be the 13th, since I had my sleep in two parts this day.
I had a nap at around 5 o'clock and woke up at 8, then went back to bed at 2.
However, both dreams are kind of related, so I just decided to lump them both together for the 14th.
Also it's kind of valentines day related so there's that.
Quick warning, this might get a bit sappy around the end. >.>
If you're not into that sorta shit just skip the second part.
Anyways, this involves a girl I'm into, I'll call her E.
Also, I experienced SP for the first time.
I decided to concentrate on the faint noise of my computer in the background is a lied perfectly still.
Eventually after coming in and out of consciousness a few times, I tried to move my hand to adjust my position.
Wouldn't you know it, I couldn't move my arm.
I tried to summon the strength to move it but no matter how hard I did it didn't even budge.
It was like when you sit cross legged for too long and can't physically move your legs after a bit.
Except in this case, it was literally impossible for me.
So I guess I'm getting closer to wild? Maybe?

      February 14th 2013

I'm at school walking through the hallway when I bump into this hot girl I like, E.

"Heyyyy " she looks at me with a flirtatious look and shows a friendly smile.

Um, did the girl I like just do that to me?
This is it, this is the greatest day of my life.
I shoot her back they same flirtatious smile.

"Hey." I reply attempting to sound as smooth as possible.

As she walks away she faces me and sings a little melody from some song.

"From dusk till dawn. E-ver-ee night we party, all, night, long."

The melody sounds like it could be from a nursery rhyme, but the lyrics sound otherwise.

(She is a bit of a party girl so it doesn't seem out of character to me.
On a related note this is a really weird thing for someone to do.)
As I begin to revel in the fact that I can probably ask her out now whilst continuing my journey.
I head into the stairwell and see a bunch of kids sitting around talking about stuff.
It seems that they are a part of some sort of club.
I begin to listen in when I hear the word dream brought up.
I guess there talking about there dreams and stuff.
I think that I could maybe try to join there conversation and interject some of my own experience,
      with lucid dreaming in particular.
However, as I don't want to intrude or look like some kind of weirdo, I decide to move on.
I end up bumping into another girl that says hi to me.
I don't know who she is, and she looks like she's a grade below me.
Not to be judgmental or anything but she didn't seem to good looking.
For some reason I come to the conclusion that she's hitting on me.
I give her a stoic, non-flirty-as-possible "hi" back.

      _______

I wake up in my bedroom to find two pretty girls I know are in my room with me.
(I don't see this as a false awakening but as a 'time skip' so to speak,
as in, all the things that happened in the previous dream I believe to be real memories).
I get up to greet them, I guess they've been here waiting for me to get up.
When I arise I notice that I'm wearing a baseball cap.

"Hmm, why am I wearing my hat?" I say drowsily.

I take it off and throw it aside.
The two of them are sitting cross legged talking about stuff.
      I don't think they've realized I've woken up.

      "Um, hello."

      Funny seeing you here.

"Oh, hey C.J. " One of them says to me.

They continue on with there conversation.
Well isn't this is just great, two fabulous looking young women have come to see me, and the time they chose to hang out was as soon as I woke up.
I must look like a total mess.
I decide to go to the bathroom to freshen up a bit when E grabs my hand.

"By the way, we had all of your 'special package' that was sitting on the table. "

She's referring to the water bottle with with a bit of rum in it that has been sitting on my desk for the past week.

      (It actually has).

"Don't worry about it, there's plenty more where that came from." I tell her.

I'm thinking about the last bottles of vodka that are still downstairs in the cooler.
I've saved them there because I seriously hate vodka.
To me it tastes like water with hand sanitizer.
Though in the end, alcohol is alcohol, so I've saved them for a rainy and desperate day.
      Today is that day.
Since I'll be drinking with girls, an event which is good unto itself, I'll be able to man up and hammer down the taste of death.
I head into the bathroom and wash my hands, mulling over all this information in my head.
      I head downstairs,
(where I knew they were even though I never saw them go) to go hang out with them.
I see my mom laying down on the couch and get kind of embarrassed at the fact that they probably saw her.
(She only wears a thin pajama layer all day).
I ask her where they went and she points over to a distant room.

(The dream topography gets weird here.
You see, I live in a small house, my first floor is pretty small as well.
What happened was, try to imagine that one of the walls has disappeared.
Now instead of seeing outside, you see that the house is actually in another house on some kind of huge floor with a red carpet on it.
Maybe 20 meters away is another room that looks like it belongs in a mansion, and that's where they were.)
I head over to them into the room.
(The sort of temporal rift in the space time continuum closes behind me and now I'm just in the room).
This room looks like it belongs to a rich musician.
There are guitars hung up, record albums, stuff like that.
It has a nice patterned carpet and a few leather couches.
There's a record player here too, but it's a bit odd.
In stead of a real record player it's just kind of a small rod sticking out of the wall.
A record is slid onto that rod via the whole in it's center and it begins to play through the room's sound system.
For some reason the record and the actual cover album are slid on both together.
When I get there a record is already playing.
The art for it is the outline of a man's face in red.
Apparently the two of them really like this record.

(I can't remember what the music sounded like).
We listen to it for a bit when we later transition into a classroom.
Now we're in rows of desks, and the two of them are sitting 2 rows behind me.
We're watching this kind of documentary on a projector about all these criminals through history.

(None of them were real criminals).
Nearing the end of the documentary is the story about a particular woman.
What she did was take a jar with a baby shaped grape gummy bear inside and a jar with a premature baby and threw then from her window onto the street.
I just kind of found this funny.
When I notice that my once house guests have now pretty much abandoned me,
I decide to go and sit next to another girl in the class.
At first she's a bit confused at my sudden change in seats, but soon we strike up a conversation.
We're talking about something or the other, it's pretty difficult to pay attention.
At some point I kind of feel a connection between the two of us.
I know that she also feels the same way.
The conversation turns into us telling things about each other.
      Soon the dream fades out.

      _______________
      Part 2

E shows up to my house.
She has a bunch of stuff on her, like bags and purses.
She comes inside and sets them down on my couch, (seems like my mom isn't here).
We start to talk for a bit about various things.
Sometime later another kid I know, Sean, also drops by.
I really don't have a problem with him visiting, mi casa su casa and such.
I go upstairs for a bit and get on my computer.

(In non-vivid dreams I can sometimes use my computer, but I always use it telepathically, and everything on it is pretty skewed).
I remember going on facebook and checking out which of my friends have what friends.
After a bit I go to the top of my staircase.
      Apparently Sean has left.
E isn't here either, her stuff is still here though.
Guess that means she's coming back, good.
Then something kind of hits me.

Sean wasn't really here was he?
My mom was never really here was she?
The previous events that happened weren't real were they?

(I'm on the cusp of lucidity at this point).
E wasn't actually- no, she was really here.
Her stuff is here, that must mean that she was really here.
So that means she'll come back, and we can start hanging out and stuff. ^_^
Yeah, there's no way she didn't actually come here, and that we didn't actually talk...
      Yeah...
My previous realizations have destabilized the dream, but I still hold onto this reality for as long as I can.
Dreamspace around me starts to become dark and distorted.
Maybe everything else wasn't real, but she was real.
Soon this thought is the only thing that exists, everything else has faded away.

      I open my eyes.
Even though I'm now awake the previous thought still perpetuates through my mind.
      I haven't realized yet.
I think, I should go downstairs, tidy up her stuff, and wait for her.
It's at this moment when the cold hard anvil known as reality comes crashing down on the fragile vase known as my heart.
      It almost physically hurts.

      ;_;

Side note on the "temporal rift".
I think this may be the way we "transition" in dreams, but we are so accustom to it we don't notice.
      Maybe, I dunno.
    7. Pandemic in Europe; So Close to Lucidity

by , 02-14-2013 at 11:00 PM (Golden Tales From The Dream World)
      Dream
      Lucid
      Semi-Lucid

So here, there's only one really worth while thing that happens in this dream.
I realize that there's no way my given situation can be happening.
As I've said previously, I've been through many an apocalypse in my dreams.
At this point, dream me has kind of come accustom to doubting there existence.
What was weird to me was how strongly my dream tried to enforce in my head the fact that the event really was taking place.

      February 13th 2013

I'm on a school trip to europe.
Were currently at a little hotel and I'm sitting around in a comfy love seat in the lobby.
I fiddle around with my jackets a bit (I wear 3 hoodies at a time) and set them down on the love seat in front of me.
I'm just kind of relaxing, enjoying the feeling of being in a foreign environment.
Suddenly one of the teachers that I was with came over to me with a distressed look on his face.

"C'mon, get your stuff, we gotta go." He says so in his typical monotone fashion.

I put my jackets back on and head with him
Theres no time to get my suitcase or anything else I may have left.
We are in a serious hurry.
I wonder what's going on that would warrant such worry.
Apparently a huge pandemic had broken out throughout europe.
A virus was out that was killing a staggering amount of people.
We had to leave the country before the virus "came to where we are".
I transition to my computer, and I'm making a post about whats going on on DV in a general sub-forum.
I'm talking about how it's crazy that this sort of thing is actually happening.
Then out of nowhere the thought kind of dawns on me.

"Did any of this really happen?" I wonder.

I mean, things like this kind of don't happen normally.
This can't have been a real event, it must have been fake.
Then an incredibly strong feeling of what I can describe as "realness" ached in my head.
No, this really is happening but it was just an unlikely occurrence.
That feeling persists for a few seconds before my doubt returns.
None of this can be real, this is impossible.
Wait, what does that mean again?
This isn't a real event actually occurring right now?
Does that mean this is a
      ...dream?
      Ah damn it was.

    8. I Was Pregnant

by , 02-14-2013 at 08:37 PM (Golden Tales From The Dream World)
      Dream
      Lucid
      Semi-Lucid

      Well this is weird one.
This is an example of one of those times dream me really should've known better.
Not enough to get lucid really, but I mean come on, this was just ridiculous.
I find it kind of funny that even the DCs weren't stupid enough to go along with it.

      February 11th 2013

I'm in the lobby of a hospital, though it doesn't look like most.
It's large, empty, and the floors are granite tiles, kind of weird.
I walk up to the front of the desk.

"Ahem, excuse me." I call to them.

I'm a bit nervous, I feel like it's kind of embarrassing to admit I got pregnant.

      "Yeah, what is it?"

      "Um , I'm pregnant?"

The woman just looks at me.

      "Are you Sean?"

"Ye-, well, I'm like Sean I guess, I'm pregnant."

"Okay why are you really here?"

      "I just told you."

"Look if you insist on waisting my time just have a seat."

      "No! Look!"

I lift up my shirt and reveal a bloated stomach.
It's actually deflated a bit since she told me that I couldn't get pregnant.
Inside you can clearly see something moving around inside.
This seems to grab her attention.

"You know, men can't get pregnant."

Oh shit, that's a good fucking point. Men CAN'T get pregnant.
Wait, so then what the fuck is this?!?!

"Um, so what is it? Like, a sea urchin?"

The two secretaries exchange confused looks baffled at my hypothesis.

"Um, yeah... Could be a sea urchin..."

I'm wondering if they can just give me an x-ray and be done with it.
However, I'm so embarrassed by the situation I just keep my mouth shut.

      _______________

So I'm just kind of hanging out with this guy (no WL counterpart).
Eventually we start comparing the kinds of marijuana we have.
We get into a short conversation about cannabis in general.
We decide to try some of our stash.
I take out a small "marijuana seed" from my dime bag and ingest it.
Then, well, I got really high.

It was nothing like I've ever experienced before, but loosely based on the general feeling.
Can't really remember anything other than that.
Well, I remember looking at my arm and seeing a small blue dragon tattoo on it whilst tripping out, but that's it.
Just thought it was one of those interesting experiences I'd share.

    9. No One Messes With My Dog

by , 02-13-2013 at 06:00 PM (Golden Tales From The Dream World)
      Dream
      Lucid
      Semi-Lucid

I've always thought, "If anyone ever runs over my dog, I'm gonna beat them half to death."
Well, I probably won't, since that's illegal and everything, but I'd like to, that fluffy bastard means the world to me.
However DCs who kill my dog can expect fates worse than death, yessirry.
That's about all I'd like to add conjecture wise.
I had lots of other dreams that night but they weren't too worthy of a DJ post.

I'm making my way home by foot through a small lawn.
My mom calls me up on my phone.

      "Yeah mom, what is it?"

"Hey, I just wanted to tell you that your therapist said that you can't play that Sins of a Solar Empire game anymore."

      (I don't have a therapist)

"What are you talking about mom that's such bullshit I barely play that game anyway."

      I hang up on her.

"Pfft, some people just have no idea what they're talking about."

I head into a parking lot now.
I see a car coming and move out of the way so it won't hit me.
As I do my dog Charlie comes out of nowhere and gets hit by it.
I freak out, thinking "if this guy killed my dog I'm gonna murder him."
But Charlie's fine, though he limps away whimpering.
The driver gets out his car and I give him a big hug, happy my dog's alive.
Now the parking lot transitions to my bedroom.
The driver is still here though.
After a while I start to notice pieces of dog corpse around.

(They looked like pieces from a stuffed animal though).
Because of this I put together the pieces in my mind and discovered the man was intentionally trying to kill my dog.
I pick up charlie and take him downstairs to my mom.

"Hold on to charlie, I'm going to kill the man upstairs."

For some reason even though I whispered I know the man heard me.
I go into the kitchen and grab a knife.

"Do you think I'm that stupid? I'm coming for you!" He yells to me.

"This is a pretty dull knife! Which means you're gonna feel every bit of is!" I reply angrily.

I go to the stairs and see him waiting for me.

"Do you really think it's going to be that easy?"

I'm not afraid of him in the least.
      Fuck this guy.
I run at him up the stairs knife in hand.
As I stab it through his shirt
      I wake up.

    10. Grand Theft Auto-esque Game and at My Grandpa's Death Bed

by , 02-13-2013 at 03:00 PM (Golden Tales From The Dream World)
      Dream
      Lucid
      Semi-Lucid

      February 7th 2013

I remember doing something or the other, and then remembering this video game I have.
It's kind of like Grand Theft Auto, but I thought it was much better.
I transition to playing the game
(the screen of the game taking up my whole field of view of course).
I start to just drive around, it's nighttime and I'm in a black SUV.
I was getting kind of bored though, I remember that I wanted to get rich since there was so much things you could do in this game if you had a lot of money,
but there were just no quick easy ways of doing it.
So I decided to just play whatever mission I was doing last.
I start the mission and immediately remember why I stopped doing them in the first place.
In this mission you're supposed to drive a 16 wheeler filled with gasoline to a certain destination.
The problem is on the way there there are a lot of turns you have to make while going at high speeds, there are even walls in your way, and the whole time you're getting chased by cops and stuff.
I decide I'll do it anyway since I have nothing else better to do.
In the beginning you have to smash your way through the doors of a garage, which is difficult because if you're not careful your truck will explode.
I get out on my first try and head off.
The last time I played I went way too fast in the beginning trying to outrun the enemies and then crashed into a wall, so this time I tried to take it easy a little.
I notice something, there aren't any enemies behind me. A glitch maybe?
I decide to count my blessings and move on.
I come to one of the turns, it's still difficult with the size of the truck and lack of maneuverability but I manage.
I continue on making sure to go at a steady pace, and eventually I make it to a grassy clearing.
I continue on going in between various trees.
My passenger makes a comment about not liking going through them.

"I hate paths through trees, paths through trees suck!"

He takes out a little business card.
On it it says "John[case sensitive][email protected].

"Email me here to send me any pictures of paths through trees you have."

I think to myself, "Is [case sensitive] a part of his email address or is he just saying that it's case sensitive?"
(When I probably should have been asking "Who the fuck are you talking to?")
      Were almost at our destination...
when I transition to my grandma's apartment. My dad's there too.
My grandma is telling me that I'm really athletic, specifically more athletic than a brazilian soccer player.
I tell her that this is simply untrue.
Whilst we argue about my athletic prowess I can here my grandpa calling me to his bedroom.
I go to him. I'm beside his bed, he has a breather hooked up to him, he doesn't look like he has very long.

"You know, I was thinking about my son, about how this may be the last time I ever get to see him. But the farther I seem to get from him, the closer I get to all my other family members who are no longer here."

This is what he says to me as I sit there.
Whilst pondering his sage like epiphany the dream destabilizes and
      I wake up.

My grandpa is well, dead, and this isn't the first time he's been in my dreams since his passing.
The last time I was, again, by him at his death bed.
However, I never went to his death bed in waking life.
It was too emotionally painful and I didn't want to see one of my family members die as it would tear me up inside.
Perhaps I have dreams about being at his death bed because I secretly wanted to be there?
      Perhaps...

    11. A Clever Way Around a Zombie Apocalypse

by , 02-13-2013 at 12:00 PM (Golden Tales From The Dream World)
      Dream
      Lucid
      Semi-Lucid

Okay, this is a pretty cool dream, and I'm going to tell you why.
During the day my mind was plagued with a certain predicament.
Usually a nightmare is one thing, like a scary monster or a gangster who wants to kill you.
Which is why I like calling them knightmares (so original), they're warriors of fear.
But what happens when your nightmare isn't one thing?
What if it's all around you?
I'm talking about, of course, zombie apocalypses.
Now I've experienced way more than a few of these, and here's what the difference is between them and regular nightmares.
Say I become lucid when a gangster has a gun to my head.
What do I do? Use telekinesis to snap his neck, nightmare over.
But if you become lucid during a zombie apocalypse, what are you going to do?
I mean, I'm sure any of you guys could just teleport to a different dream but I can't as of yet so bare with me.
You could try and kill all the zombies you see, which you could do pretty easily.
However, the world has still ended, there's no one around to interact with at all.
You're doomed to forever wander the wastes.
So, you haven't beaten the nightmare.
Why? Because the fear from this nightmare doesn't even come from the zombies.
It comes from knowing that you're alone, in a desolate world, where every human being who once lived wants you DEAD.
The nightmare is literally the ground beneath your feet.
Well, I guess you could just destroy that too.
If you're for some reason powerful enough to summon a world ending black hole but not enough to make a portal to a happier place, that could solve your problem.
I mean, the dream would either end or create a new scene.
However I doubt anyone is like that.
Passive control a cure that gets distributed?
Maybe, but with my thinking mind I'd wonder, "How could they deliver a cure world wide when 90% of the population is either dead or zombified?" and that solution probably wouldn't work.
So I had reached an impasse, even if I become lucid during a zombie apocalypse (which I have), there's no real way to stop it.
I mean, I wouldn't be as scared but I still couldn't say I beat the nightmare.
      Or so I thought.
This train of thought happened to leak into my dreams, causing, why yes, a zombie apocalypse dream, and my theory was put to the test.

      February 7th 2013

I'm running away from some zombies with a couple others.
We were ambushed by some earlier and are trying our best to get away from them.
We get to a clearing but more zombies emerge from the trees.
We run the other direction and are ambushed by more, we ran right into a horde.
I'm being chased by multiple zombies now and am running for my life.

"Oh christ, I gotta do something fast!" I think to myself.

I start to try think up a way out of my current predicament.

"I'm not being chased by zombies, I'm on the set of the walking dead!"

I will this to be true with every fiber of my being and it is made so.
I continue running but now I see cameras on cranes of to the sides and a director sitting on his chair.
Realizing that the zombies are just actors I decide to get close to one to see how they look since obviously they won't try to grab me or anything.
I see the face of one, she has a greenish greyish complexion with crazy brown hair sticking out in all directions, her eyes look blood shot and dead, but otherwise she look like a regular person.
I veer off to one side and see a zombie without the top part of his head.
It looks so real that it actually scares me. I head off.
I can see one of my friends, who I believe is Shane, and decide to follow him down a path.
I come to a fork in the path and run down the wrong way.
I can hear the director yell in the background.

      "Go the other way!"

I did this purposely to test just how real this reality I had created on the spot was, and whether or not the nightmare would return.
But it didn't, I'm still on set,
which means I have to keep running or the director's gonna get pissed! I veer off back to follow Shane.

"There you are!" He calls to me.

We continue to run down into an alley way and scene is over.

      "Cut!"

The alley way is where the director is, along with a couple other actors.
Among them is the guy who plays rick.

Yeah, so that's a simple solution to the problem, use passive control to make yourself be on the set of a zombie movie/tv show.
Though, since I was semi-lucid I had a lot more power than I do regularly.
In hindsight I should have given that whole theory more thought.
However, dream me seems to think best on his feet.
Also, the reason I became semi-lucid is because Zombie Apocalypses are a dream sign that even dream me recognizes.
Well once again my conjecture is longer than my actual dream. Damn.

    12. Meth Strawberry Tart

by , 02-13-2013 at 09:00 AM (Golden Tales From The Dream World)
      Dream
      Lucid
      Semi-Lucid

Another dream from the night of the 7th, a few more of those coming.
My friend Elmer is referenced in this dream, which is odd.
I almost never actually see his DC.
Also, realizing that the past dream I had was actually a dream, only to still be dreaming just in a separate dream, is something that happens quite a lot.
Though it wasn't really a FA, since I never woke up, I just transitioned.
(P.S. Me and my friend are not meth drug dealers, just to be clear).

      February 7th 2013

I'm at my house and some people are at the door.
Apparently there here to purchase meth from me, but not just meth.
Some kind of special meth dessert.
Apparently my friend Elmer was supposed to make it for them but he wasn't around, so they asked me too, and surprisingly I knew how.
I told them to give me a second and went into the kitchen.
I took out some meth I had lying around among other things.
When I was making it it felt second nature to me, as if I had done this many times in the past.
Then it was done, a small strawberry pastry laced with meth. I handed it over to them.

"Sorry but I couldn't find any whip cream, must have ran out."

It was a pretty cute looking pastry, looked like something out of an anime, although it's container barely held it.

"Eat that and it will get the two of you high, guaranteed."

They seemed satisfied with my results and were on there way.
When they left I could here a racket going on outside.
I went to go investigate and opened my front door to take a look out side.
A bunch of kids were playing around on my doorstep.
      Hey I knew these guys!
Among them were the people I know, Matteus, Mihn, Bradley, and another who's face I can't remember.
They were all playing around and laughing, I decided to join them.
It was here when I started to mention that I had been to the moon earlier when a painful click went off in my head.
I wasn't on the moon earlier, that's impossible!
Oh no, that was all a dream? I can't believe it.

Oh the irony of dreams, so painful in retrospect.

    13. Epic Fight to the Death!

by , 02-13-2013 at 05:00 AM (Golden Tales From The Dream World)
      Dream
      Lucid
      Semi-Lucid

Okay, this was actually a pretty cool dream.
I'm not sure if I've ever had a fight like this that was this intense.
Even though it was non-lucid, it was pretty awesome.
Although to be honest, it was a pretty short dream (only a few minutes),
I just added a lot of padding and description so it wasn't just "I fought someone in a cage arena".
And trying to describe what actually happened in the fight was difficult too.
You don't really take too much note of things, you just fight, and try to win.
At some points your body just kind of moves on its own.
Hopefully I can have a fight while lucid so I can take note of more details.

      February 10th 2013

I belong to a secret organization.
An organization that breeds the greatest soldiers known to man.
We are similar to the CIA POOs(Paramilitary Operations Officer), we have unmatched skill, are top notch assassins, and work in complete secrecy.
      Technically speaking, we don't exist.
I am an up and coming apprentice operative.
Each of us operatives is assigned a handler, they're our boss, our mentor, and our secretaries (as in they handle all the paper work).
Today my handler has brought me to some sort of warehouse.
In it is an arena with a fence cage surrounding it.
We aren't the only ones here though.
There's another operative here as well.
She's about my age (around 17).
She's wearing a dark green bullet proof vest, black pants, and surprisingly a mask.
It's oval with no physical features on it, though it has a nice looking design painted on it.
The only physical characteristic I can make out about her is her long dark hair.
I know exactly why I'm here.
Apprentices such as myself need to pass a certain test before we become full fledged operatives.
A fight to the death with another operative.
This girl is my opponent it seems.
I have no qualms about doing this, I've been trained my whole life for this moment.
And I most certainly don't intend on losing.
We both enter the cage and our fight begins.
      I charge at her.
She's pretty fast, unfortunately for her I'm faster.
We exchange blows with one another, I can tell I'm the one here with the superior strength.
She jumps backward, realizing a direct engagement won't work against me.
My heart is racing, I've never had a fight like this before.
I rush toward her, deciding it's best to not give her time to think.
However my hotheadedness doesn't do me any good.
She detonates a small explosive in front of me that sends me flying backward.
I hit the ground pretty hard, but none the less I bring myself back up.
      Now now, isn't that cheating?
Since our fight hasn't been stopped I guess not.
This time I'm not going to give her time to pull off something like that again.
I run at her much faster this time.
Now we're quickly exchanging blows while moving through the arena.
She does a back flip to put distance between us.
      Impressive.
This time I land a good hit on her.
      Now this fight is mine.
One after another I land multiple blows, throwing her to and fro.
I throw one last punch square in her chest and send her flying backward.
      She's on the ground, defenseless.
I move in on her to finish her off.
I take a look at her handler as I get closer.
He doesn't seem distressed at all, as a matter of fact he's enjoying this quite a bit.
A shame, even in the end no one cared for her.
Will the same fate be mine one day?
These feelings of doubt don't have enough time to develop.
Now directly above her I prepare to inflict my killing blow.
Suddenly a flash of light and a shock wave accompanied by flame and smoke take me by surprise.
      Once again I'm thrown backward.
Her mask, it too had an explosive inside it.
Of all the damned things, how could I not see that coming?
My armor has been heavily damaged, without it I'd be dead right now.
I take a look at her, surely that bomb must have blown her head off.
But it seems as though my assumption is way off, there isn't a scratch on her face.

(It may be worth noting that she looks exactly like Hinata Hyuga).
      Dreams Over Imagination-hinata_hy-ga.jpg

I see, it was a projected blast, like one from a claymore. How bloody convenient.
She gets up and takes a look at me.
We're both battered and out of breath, none of us will be fighting anytime soon.

    14. Lucidity at last

by , 02-13-2013 at 01:39 AM (Golden Tales From The Dream World)
      Dream
      Lucid
      Semi-Lucid

Well I did it, I got lucid again. Since I restarted my dream journal anyway.
Unfortunately it seems my telekinesis has all but faded away
Even the minor movements I used to be able to make no longer work,
(the last lucid dream I had before this I could use telekinesis but it was really weak).
Don't worry though, I've been putting a lot of effort into retraining myself to use it.
Soon I'll reclaim the title of Galactic Emperor of My Dreams.
      MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
      *ahem*
Anyways, at least I'm making progress.
Also I was catching up on Naruto this week, so it bled heavily into my dreams.

      February 8th 2013

I was at the ninja academy with a bunch of other ninjas. We were talking about various things, at one point the class made fun of me for something stupid I said. Suddenly the mood changed. Sasuke, the rogue ninja hell bent on destruction, was headed our was, and we had to gather everyone here to take him on. Kakashi was to lead the strike. I could tell Sasuke was coming because there was a thunder storm always looming above him, and it was headed right for us.

I transition to my grandma's apartment. I began to summon up my pyrokinetic powers for the upcoming fight when it dawned on me.

"Yes! I'm dreaming!" I clapped my hands together excitedly.

I'd been trying so hard to fall asleep before to no avail.
Now here I was, somewhere that wasn't my bedroom, I didn't have to RC to know it was a dream.
I decided that I was going to try to practice active control, since it's the one thing I have the biggest problem with.
I decided if I did some kind of hand sign and blurted out words it would work.
      (watched way to much anime).
I clapped both of my hands together and intertwined my fingers.

      "Active control! Pyrokinesis!"

I kind of sounded like an idiot, and felt like one even more so.
I took my hands and brought them closely together.
I pictured an orangy yellow ball in between both of them.
The result I got was the same as it would've been had I tried it in waking life, total failure.

"Understandable, I typically never use pyrokinesis any how." I thought to myself.

      "However..."

I raised my hand at an object sitting on the end table next to the bed.
I tried hard to make it lift up in the air, visualizing it levitating.
To be fair I did so half halfheartedly.
      Nothing. Damn.
Deciding that my attempt at active control was a failure, and knowing I had little time, I decided to take in my surroundings.
Specifically, I was looking for abnormalities.
I spotted something out of place, a picture frame of my grandma upside down on a shelf.
But it was balanced on the shelf at an angle that wouldn't have been possible IWL.

      "There's one!" I thought.

      I began looking around more.
I'm actually very surprised, the room is in almost perfect detail.
Right down to the way that things are arranged in certain places, the walls, the furniture, it's as if I'm actually here.
Then again, I've lived here the majority of my life, and I've been here in my dreams more times than any other place as well, more so than my current home.
My brain has had years to map out and replicate every last detail of it.
It's funny how sometimes we forget just how much work goes into making our dreams seem real.

(However this was beginning to work toward my disadvantage).
After inspecting the room I left the room into the hallway in search of more anomalous behavior.

      "There..."

A little piece of paper with a question mark sat on top of a book shelf where a picture frame or something was supposed to be.
I thought that it must have been something like an error, a bit of data that didn't load properly.
Or maybe my subconscious forgot what was there to begin with.
I went into our main living area where the dining table is.
My dad is there doing something by the desk.
In my head I'm looking for more abnormalities, but all I see is normal, normal, and more normal. I'm quite impressed.
I head into my laundry room and spot a pokemon card on the floor.
I pick it up to examine it and see that it's a drowzee card.
      No control or another world-73_drowzee.jpg
It looks like this but is blue and has a lot more text on it, though it doesn't appear out of the ordinary.

I don't bother trying to read it since it'd all be gibberish anyway.

"Son, have you seen my wooden boards for the desk?"

"Hmm?" I had no idea what he was talking about.

But something's missing huh? Guess that's something else to add to the list.

"Ah! Here they are!" He pulls two wooden boards out from the desk like magic.

      Hmm, guess not.
There's also a bunch of screws and small wooden pieces on the desk.
It looks like he's installing new drawers, or something.

"Now, I'm gonna get you to put in these drawers."

"Ehh!?!?" You bastard dream don't try and change the subject. T^T

"Remember how I was teaching you about pistons before? Well now to put those skills into action. " (for whatever reason he referred to screws as pistons).

A false memory of him doing so aches at the back of my head.
I don't want to install your bloody drawers, do it yourself! I think to myself.
But I'm ignoring him, I was too concentrated on trying to move a pen cap even but an inch, and failing miserably.
My grandma came out of the kitchen to the dining room as well.

"C'mon on now. Do it for grandma. You wouldn't want to disappoint me now would you?" She says.

Pfft, I don't have to do this, unless,
      am I really awake?
No that's impossible that doesn't explain the dream signs,
but I wasn't able to use active control either. Maybe this is really happening?
Wait, do I live hear again?

My morbid curiosity of the situation is cut short as I bang my head on my wall, waking myself up.

      Quick side note:
I only noticed this afterward since I visited my dad's place just a day after having this dream.
The model of the apartment that my brain uses in my dreams is a lot older, maybe 4 years previous from now.
I know this because some time ago they took the desk and moved it from the hallway to my room.
On top of that, the reason that I didn't find the pokemon card out of place was because I used to have them lying around all the time.
For the longest time, there was even a pokemon card in the laundry room, in the exact place that I found it in the dream.
Now here's something else that's weird.
Because I spent most my time in my room there when the desk was in the room, in my dreams, it appears in that room too.
So basically, in my dream model for the apartment, the desk is in two places at once.
Quick conjecture I thought I'd share.

    15. Vacation On The Moon Goes South

by , 02-12-2013 at 12:13 AM (Golden Tales From The Dream World)
      Dream
      Lucid
      Semi-Lucid

This was a pretty cool dream, you know, being on the moon and all.
But it got a bit scary with all of those pesky tidal waves.
My theory for why they were so large was that, since the moon has a pull on earth's oceans, the earth would have a pull on the moon's oceans,
and since the earth is much bigger and has more gravitational pull,
it would obviously cause high tides and tsunami's WAY bigger than anything seen on earth.
Well, at least that's what I figured.
Whose bright idea was it to put an ocean on the moon anyway?

      Febuary 7th 2013

I'm on the moon for a short vacation, maybe only a day or so.
The moon has been terraformed, there is an atmosphere, a magnetosphere, even a near by ocean,

(however, unlike wakingnomads green moon, the terrain was still rocky and desolate).
I'm visiting a friends house there. It's pretty large, has a lot of floors, plenty of rooms, and I'm not the only friend over to visit.
About five other people I know are there as well.
Were downstairs on the first floor talking.
I'm taking in the amazement of being on the moon, something I never imagined being able to do in my lifetime.
At this time I just now just notice the ocean.
It's huge and beautiful, sparkling in the sunlight.
I look back to the others.

"Have you seen that ocean? It's incredible."

"Yeah it's cool isn't it?" One of them replies.

In the moment of our gushing the sea levels of the ocean rise greatly, burying the first floor in water.
Of course the whole house is air sealed, so at first I merely brush off the event and comment on how funny it was that that happened just when we were talking about it.
Then I realized that there were still a few people out there.
They were struggling around, trying to get up above water, but even with the low gravity the currents were too strong to climb out of.
One man was too fat to get himself up, the moon dragged him down further and further as he drowned.
One of our friends reached for the door to let him in. I couldn't believe it.

"What are you crazy?! Open that door and were all dead!"

He had a grim look on his face, but then backed away.
We decided to all go up stairs and wait for the tide to recede.
We started watching something on Tv, something to do with animals I think.
It was then that I noticed something out the window on the ocean.
A tidal wave, no, a super tsunami, so huge that it covered the horizon.
It must have been 3km tall.
I alerted everyone and we all started to panic.
We decided to go to the very top floor, maybe when the wave would lower enough to the point where it wouldn't hit it.
Of course that was a fleeting hope, we'd all but accepted our fates.
Then whilst bracing for the inevitable, it began to rain, which was odd considering there were no clouds.
It was then that I realized, because the tsunami was so tall, and the gravity was so low, it had reached a velocity where it's apoapsis went right over us, it would then land somewhere else.
The wave had broken off over the ocean, and was now just sailing over our heads.
      We were incredibly relieved.
