My notes claim I woke up at 2.55am after a dream, but forgot the dream instantly.

Dream 1 - Non Lucid dream - 3.51am

Myself, my partner, and two of our closest friends are talking in a room. I am discussing dreaming with one of my friends, although I don't remember mentioning lucid dreaming, I do remember talking about dream signs. We decide to try and share a dream, and look out for each other in out dreams. I do remember talking about how dreams were another life while you slept.
Suddenly we are on the streets of Manchester, England. We are walking over a large, old stone bridge, very wide with old stone buildings up either side. It is a beautiful place, but very stone and grey. I am still talking about dreaming, and telling them what to expect. I do tell them a wave of water will crash over us, but not to worry because it cannot hurt us! Soon enough, a huge, crashing flood of water rushes onto the bridge, like a tsunami. I climb with ease up a telegraph pole, and the water just wets my feet. I am not scared, but the others are a little. They get washed away a bit by the water (so they are now behind me) but are not hurt. After I climb down, the water has passed and I now tell the others that what happens next is called Hypnogogia, and although it can be frightening, it will not hurt us and will pass. (How I did not get lucid I do not know) and then, a mist-like wind (like the spirit, or ghost of the water) rushes by, it makes a noise like screaming, tortured human voices shouting out. I am alarmed but know it is safe so I just watch. There appears to be neon, glowing, shadows of people (the people screaming) they are not real, just like holograms or visions. They soon pass and it is quiet again.
We are now back at the room (where we began) but now we all have beds and sleeping bags on the floor. We try to settle down for the night, but one of my friends has a young girl (8yrs?) at the bottom of his bed, sleeping. He cannot sleep because she is taking up room making him uncomfortable. Eventually I ask her politely to go on her own bed, which is empty. She agrees, but only if she can have a sleeping bag as she was cold (hence her being in said friends bed) we agree, and we all fall asleep.

Dream fragments - Non Lucid dreams - 5.08am

Here my notes are very sparse.

'I was eating something... and thinking that I wasn't eating when I was falling asleep, so where did I get this food from...?

Me and my partner are naked, in bed with someone else. Although there is no sex or sexual intentions, we do accidentally 'rub' bodies with this other person and make jokes about it.'

I feel relaxed and decide to try and WILD I seem to be trying for some time and decide I am too awake. At one point I enter SP, but fall asleep. I wake and try again a few times, hazily between sleeping. Perhaps I wasn't really sure what I was doing. At one point I enter SP and my partner moves around, waking me up. I am too annoyed to try again. I seem to not be able to fully relax inside my head, maybe the B6?

I believe I was being woken by my partner's movements, and the sounds of birdsong outside when trying to WILD, my mind wandered frequently, maybe the B6?
Dreaming about LUCID DREAMS didn't make me lucid!

Dream 1 - Non Lucid dream

I didn't notice any effect from the B6, but will continue to take it.
When waking, it was so dark I used my phone to find my pen, I then noted the time was 2.57am
My notes are sparse (I was VERY tired)
I am at a music festival. 2 of my closest friends are there, as is my little sister. I know I am educating my sister on something, but my notes are random words and unreadable so I can't remember what it was.
Suddenly me and my partner are walking down a street, and along comes a polar bear. I am not sure if this is the same dream, or a new one - but my notes say this is the same dream (I divide dreams with lines across the page) so...
The polar bear wants to have his photo taken with us, and the two middle aged woman who are also walking down the street in the same direction. They are getting out their camera, when my partner dives in for a quick photo. The polar bear lays on a bench, in a cheesy pose, my partner smiling and thumbs up next to it. After that we walk off fast. I am giggling and walking fast because I know the bear will want money for having his photo taken with us, but leave the 2 woman to pay. I hear one of the woman shouting angrily after us, 'Don't run off, come and pay! That's cheeky!' The polar bear catches up and I think 'oh well, nice try' I am fumbling to get my wallet from my trousers, and while I do so I talk to the bear, who is now a human dressed up in a bear costume. (Like what you find in theme parks etc) I ask him how he is, etc - making small talk. I'm laughing and joking, a little cocky I think. We eventually arrive back at his place, where I discover he is simply a young lad, probably in his mid teens. I ask him weather he gets free food with his job, and he says he gets vouchers for a certain amount which he cashes in at the stalls. (So I am clearly still at a music festival) I express he gets paid too low for what he does and the dream ends.

Dream 2 - Non Lucid dream

I have simply written in my notes; LOST DREAM. I guess I couldn't remember it. I have an image stood in a room filled with junk...

Dream 3 - Non Lucid dream

I have managed to get tickets to an outdoor music festival... (I'm noticing a pattern here!) I am happy because the tickets were hard to get. there is a big ring in a field full of tents, and a stage to the side. It is very busy and lots of people. While I am sat at my tent, a friend's boyfriend walks by and says hi - we converse for a bit (maybe my friend was there also, but I don't remember seeing her) and then he leaves. For some reason I now have big, green, dragon-like wings. I can use these to fly, although not by much. I like my wings. We go to the stage to watch a band, it is VERY busy with loads of people gathered and squashed up, but I love this. I dive right in and use my wings to get to the front, where I rock out for a bit.

Dream 4 - Non Lucid dream

I have moved into a new house, which is actually quite nice. I have moved in with an old friend (non sexual, just splitting the rent) and we are quite happy about this arrangement. There is a knock at the door, and it is his ex girlfriend, who he split up with in a bad way last year. She has changed a bit, and since it has been a while he decides to forget about the past and invites her in. I don't complain but I do not like her. I actually pretend that I don't know who she is. She sort of does the same. We make small talk and drink tea etc, but then she starts acting like her old self again, going through my belongings, I believe she is stealing stuff. She also sprays paint on one of my windows, and I tell her off harshly, claiming that it takes me ages to clean. I scrape the paint off but she keeps doing it so I get angry. She then starts graffitting the walls, I get really mad and try and throw her out, she resists (not in an angry way, in a 'i'm the victim here' way) and I insist. Eventually my friend talks to her and she calms down, but then I find her going through my things again. My friend agrees to take her home and they leave. Before she leaves we do let each other know that we are aware of who each other is (as we were pretending not to know each other) When they are gone, I get a call from the friend who is lost, I use my GPS / sat nav thingy to direct him to a kids toy store.

Dream 5 - Non Lucid dream

I am yet again, at a music gig. I am waiting for Steel Panther to come on, having rushed there to see them. Guns n Roses are just finishing and I dance around like a loony with some friends. Slash jumps off stage and starts playing his guitar next to us. We appear to be the only ones at the gig, so all the attention is focused on us. Axl Rose then jumps off stage, and starts singing in my face, I respond by singing back, or screaming the words back at him - genuinely happy and psyched up! My DJ notes say: 'Good feeling' and I have drawn a little smiley face


***NOTEWORTHY***
Upon writing the last dream it occurred to me that MUSIC FESTIVALS / CONCERTS are in a LOT of my dreams. This could be my dream sign! Yay!
Writing down the time was a good idea, will try and do it more often

I was reading about flying in lucid dreams during the day, hence the wings in my dream?
My friend who I moved in with in my dream, really does have a psycho ex girlfriend.

WILD attempt (first ever)

Strangely enough I decided to try it without prior sleep (don't ask me why) this took a good hour before I really felt the effects, but here is the results;

Went to bed, relaxed, tried to get sleepy and restful. Took some time but finally felt in the right place. Found sleeping on my side the most comfortable (my sleeping position of choice)
Was continually interupted by random banging noises - was sleeping in a caravan and sounded like the walls moving / creaking? Never noticed this before so really annoyed me!!
Each time I was awoken I ignored it, and relaxed again - partners loud breathing kept me awake but after using it as a beat to keep my own breathing slow, it became unnoticeable. I found this bit easy.
After some time I was clearly getting close, I could not feel my body, I kept experiencing swaying / floating sensations and my 'mind' was totally immersed. It felt a bit like I was mildly drugged up, I couldn't feel my hands or even the quilt around me. I didn't feel the need to swallow (which I have a bit of a habit of doing) I continued counting to ten, and saying ;I am dreaming' each time. I often lost my place and had to start over but remained calm.

After an unknown amount of time, my body lit up as if on fire, but not painful. I had vibrations running through my body, which I tried to feel and control (sort of worked) it was not a bad sensation, but so real and intense that it did 'light' my brain up. Almost like going from sleepy and hypnotized to being conscious and SWITCHED ON. My ears popped as if I was underwater, and I tried to enjoy this strange sensation, telling myself I was about to enter a lucid dream!

This sensation was exactly the same as the sensation I had when getting lucid a few nights ago. I feel like I know that I'm lucid, but I have to DO something to break through the barrier. Last time I raised my hand and pulled myself out from my 'body' so to speak. this time I didn't get a chance to. My initial idea was to 'roll over' into a dream. I didn't do this in time.
Unfortunately I must have gotten too excited as I 'woke up'. I did a quick RC to make sure it wasn't a FA, which it wasn't. I jotted in my journal and tried to re-enter, but by then my heart was racing so fast and I was wide awake.

It did give me incentive to try WILDing again though!

Dream 1 - Non Lucid dream

I am at a festival, trying to get back to my tent. There are lots of people walking around, and a large queue of traffic blocking the way. It is also very dark and very muddy, however I am not worried, I just keep walking.

Dream 2 - Non Lucid dream

I am somewhere, and trying to get home with my partner. We have no money to get home, but a limo pulls up looking for some famous people. We get in, pretending it is for us so we can a free lift home. It takes us to the home of the famous film stars who own the limo. We get out the limo and go in their house. Their house is big, spacious and obviously they are rich. We help ourselves to their stuff but we are not trashing the place as that would be rude. Someone knocks on the door and we panic, and hide. They soon go away and we decide it is best to disguise ourselves as the film stars so that no body suspects us. We put on their clothes, for me this consists of a dirty, white string vest and some large boots. I then have a string necklace around my neck, with beads and random bits hanging from it, a bit broken and messy. I also wear a long, dirty, thick trenchcoat. We then put egg yolk all over ourselves. No idea why. I believe we got these from the fridge.

Dream 3- Non Lucid dream

I am going through a drive through, although the actual company is not one that I know of (made up?) the men who work there are nice, but incompetent. They wear police helmets, and apologize for the delay. I finally get the food and drink but after drinking the fanta, it is warm. I hand it back and complain and they are nice, and agree to replace. However it takes so long to get a replacement that we decide to go for a short walk. We step out the car and see a strange gift shop. It is clear we are in a place I am unfamiliar with in my dream as I sort of explore, like a tourist. The gift shop is brown and had a big skeleton outside, it appears to sell strange and bizarre gifts. I don't go in, however, I turn left towards the main shopping area, across a square where people walk / talk / go about their lives. Here I see someone watching me / staring. I try to ignore them but I have a feeling they are going to talk to me and I really don't want them to. I am not scared, but don't like them so I try to mingle with the crowd and hide. It works. Next thing I know I am in a pub garden, playing pool (or snooker) with a friend. I notice my partner isn't here and ring them, trying to get them to join us. He will not join us because he cannot bring his own beer into the pub. I tell him we have water and this sort of changes his mind.

Dream 4 - Non Lucid dream

I have got some baby rats as pets. They are in a cage but I take one out to hold, it is fast and I drop it on the floor. I then try to pick it up but it is so small I lose it in the fibres of the carpet, I then search for it and find it - it is now an insect but I do not seem to be bothered by this transformation in the dream. I follow it a while then carefully pick it up, putting it back in the cage.

During the day I drank 2 x 250ml Red Bull drinks. Combined total of 10mg B6 as well as taurine / caffeine etc

Dream 1 - Non Lucid dream

I am in a room, which is a bit dark and dingy. Feels like a pub or bar, and I even remember there being a bar serving drinks along one side. The people in the room were holding pints etc so it was most likely a pub. One wall of the pub is a giant black screen, with white writing all over it. The writing is in French. Someone stands up and tells everybody in the room (all adults) to get into a male group and female group. We do so, then they start talking about learning to speak French.

Dream 2 - Non Lucid dream

I am waiting in a doctors waiting room (except there is no room!) this is outside. Other people are waiting with me, including my dad and some strangers. One woman is waiting because the doctors think she may be crazy. To prove she is not crazy, she gets a dog (Yorkshire terrier) and saws it in half with a chainsaw. I am shocked and horrified, but no one stops her. In fact one person helps her. The dog is still alive as it is being cut into (which is very neat, no blood) but then it dies. She seems to be searching for something inside the dog (peering inside, not touching) which will prove she is sane. Then she saws off the dogs head, which floats into the sky like a balloon, and into the clouds and far away. The floating head is a boxer dog's, but the dog was a Yorkie. It is sad and a bit spooky. I complain to my dad, who agrees, and claims he was just there to get his sodium levels checked. I figured that's what I must be there for too, so we continue waiting.

Dream 3 - Non Lucid dream

I am playing a computer game on my ipod. In the game (which has very basic graphics, much like an old SNES or SEGA) I am a little man swinging from a rope to collect coins. I am not actually in the game, I was playing it on my ipod. I decide I will only complete the game if I let go of the rope and collect more coins, which I do. The game features a large, blue viaduct.

Dream 4,5...6? - Non Lucid dream/s

Not sure weather these were all one dream or a collection of 3. My notes in my DJ are sparse and not written properly. I will lump them together but they could have been fragments of 3 dreams.

1... I am taking a video on my camera of my friend / romantic interest. The video is bad quality and wobbly as I have zoomed in from afar to get it. I remember thinking 'this is like the scene from Slumdog Millionaire.' Where the boy sees the girl looking for him through the crowded train platform. Suddenly it is me I am recording, my hair is slightly different but I am sat down and smiling (not looking at the camera) I figure I must now be my friend / love interest because I can't be filming myself.
2...I am picking up beer cans in a field - this must be a music festival.
3...I am at the vets for a friend who wants a job there. They agree to offer him the job if I fill out some forms. My love interest (not the friend who wants the job) gets angry because his ex works there, but I ignore him because it is a favour for a friend. The door is all I remember, a large, white door with 'VET' written on it in green.

Dream 7 - Non Lucid dream

I am in the field mentioned in a previous dream. I am drawing a whale, which I give lots of detail to. Eventually it become very real looking, but not like a drawing, more like CGI. It then swims away in the air. A close friend of mine is sitting next to me playing a game about Star Wars. He seems addicted and the game is pointless / boring. I start to draw a dinosaur (Trex) but this again becomes very realistic and CGI looking. It then starts to move around and eat people, with lots of blood and gore and nastiness. However I am not worried as they are not real people he is eating, just CGI people.

Dream 1 - Collection of a few dreams, 1 x Semi Lucid rest are non lucid.

As I fall to sleep, I instantly start dreaming. Possibly REM rebound? The dreams are nothing special, I am watching friends talking in their living room, it lasts a few seconds and then I wake. This happens perhaps 4 or 5 times. The 5th time I do remember thinking 'I'm already dreaming but I just fell to sleep? Is that possible?' Hence a semi lucid dream. However I woke up instantly after thinking this.

Dream 2 - Non Lucid

I am in an old fashioned orphanage, which is an all boys orphanage. The boys are young and scruffy, looking like something from Oliver twist. One of the bigger boys tells us to leave as we are going to be chased by some other boys. We don't leave as we are eating. Our plates are filled with glitter of all different mixed up colours, I watch another boy as he is eating the glitter.

Dream 3 - Non Lucid

I struggled to remember this dream.
I am in a big market stall, farmers market type place. It is big and people are walking around. I have been told to work on a stall, cutting up meat. This disgusts me and I am very unhappy and complain about it. Some friends are with me, maybe they also cut up meat but they try to support me. I do it anyway, but cutting up the meat is so traumatizing I try to put my Ipod on to take my mind off it. I never press play. The meat is large, circular and has arseholes in it.

Dream 1 - Lucid

I am talking to an 8 year old girl (a friend's daughter who I did see earlier in the day during waking hours) She is asking me how to tell if she is dreaming. Several times I hold her nose and tell her to breathe but she doesn't understand. I demonstrate on myself and am very shocked to find I can breathe through my plugged nose. The room spins madly and the girl disappears. I keep thinking 'oh my god, I'm dreaming!' and this sends my heart racing madly. I study my hand to 'stabilise' myself, but the shock of seeing hundreds of fingers on it makes me even more giddy. I am not scared but definately shocked, excited and a little worried. I decide to try and move before I wake up.

My vision is fuzzy and grainy, a bit like a TV channel that has not been tuned properly. I lift my arm to get out of the bed which I now find myself in, but my arm is heavy and there is suddenly a loud 'whooshing' noise in my ears. It is rather frightening but I try to keep calm. The noise does not go away, it is much like air rushing past my ears, or blood rushing to my head. Alongside this my limbs are tingling all over, and feel extremely weird. This is the most intense feeling, I know I am asleep but it really feels like I am in this dream world physically. The movement of lifting my arm sends my body into crazy sensations, and I feel like I am being pulled from my actual body into the dream world. This was a new, and memorable experience for me.

I slowly float into the air, not really controlling my direction but in a general direction I want to go. My partner who is now in the bed I just left is shouting at me angrily. I ignore him because I know it is only a dream version and he is not really mad at me, plus I don't want to miss this experience. I then float gently onto the floor, where I stay, kind of paralyzed. My partner continues to yell 'Get up, what are you doing on the floor! Stop that!' Which is very off-putting. After a few seconds of trying to move, I wake up in bed.

I am paralyzed in bed, and know that I can enter another lucid if I stay perfectly still and keep my eyes shut, however I am so excited that I open my eyes purposely, so I can record the lucid in my DJ. This was a choice as I didn't want to forget my very first lucid dream.

Dream 1 - Non lucid
We (me and partner) are going through a McDonalds drive through over and over again. Under our car seats are small kittens that are very cute.

Dream 2 - Non lucid
My sister is modeling dresses on a cruise ship. I am joining in but only because I know she will be angry if I don't, and I really don't want to do it. The dresses are bad taste and there are people watching. There are piles of clothing everywhere, my back is very sweaty I notice. A plastic pirate ship style toy boat is large enough for me to climb in, which makes it move in a very trippy way. I am then in the toilets squeezing into a dress way too small for me, there are people waiting to use the toilet but I am holding them all up. An old school friend passes by and says hi, I say hi back and they leave. Someone gives me some cheap, hotel style conditioner for my hair.

Dream 3 - Non lucid
There is a small, dead scorpion on my pillow. I am saving it to put in my ear later. I change my mind and decide to throw it away, in case it stings me.

Dream 4 - Non lucid
I am throwing plastic arrows, but I have no bow.

Dream 5 - Non lucid
I am in a beach style place, and smoking. I throw my cigarette butts on the floor into the sand so someone provides a very tall, green plastic cocktail glass to use as an ashtray. There are no more seats for me to sit on so I sit on a plastic, kids toy car. I am now crying (not sure why) but the car is comfortable.
