Didn't even realize this was a TOTm until now but this happened three days ago. My dream starts with me being lucid in my bedroom, and I gaze into a painting on my wall. A dream figure who is a girl leaps out of the picture and suggests that I go in with her. I jump in the picture and find myself looking at another picture of a live scene of a land of lighting and tornados somewhere in a forest. It was weird I had jumped through the picture but instead was seeing everything in the picture from a different plane. Very interesting dream, I wake up shortly after this. I took 8mg of galantamine that night and the dream was pretty short, I have no recall of the dream until became lucid.
