    My otherworldly experiences.

    WILD failure. DILD/DEILD success!

    Lucid = Orange

    So, after my success at remembering a dream I nearly almost completely forgot (and bits from the dream before, but not enough to be able to write it down) I decided to try my luck with another WILD. In terms of time from the point of waking up to deciding to throw in the towel, that lasted 2 hours.
    HOWEVER, this wasn't a complete failure! I had reached a VERY different state of consciousness, and I feel as if I entered a deeper state of SP than usual, so CLEARLY I'm getting somewhere! This knowledge armed me with absolute positivity, and I'm certain it was the key to my success this morning.

    After lying awake for ages trying to get back to sleep, I suddenly found myself in a dream completely lucid and aware of the fact I was dreaming. My recollection of my lucid experiences are kinda vague, and I'm not sure which one came 1st and 2nd, but I shall record what I can:

    (NOTE: I haven't had a lucid dream for a week and a half, and have only had 3 since my interest arose.)

    I'm talking to some guy. He asks me a question but I can barely talk so I just shake my head. He doesn't approve of my answer so he hits me. I then think to myself ''Hey, what was that for?! Oh, wait... I've heard about this kinda thing before. Better get myself outta this place quick before he takes away my lucidity!'' So I jumped with the intentions of flying away, and found myself ascending, so I flapped my wings a bit and thought ''UP!'' and hey, I found myself high in the sky. ''WOO!!'' I thought to myself, and started randomly flying away, noting the fact I was EXTREMELY high and that I'm scared of heights. It scared me a little, but I knew I was dreaming so I was in control. After a while it was too much for me though, so I slowed myself down and tried to land. I started 'falling' to the ground quite fast though, so I was a little worried of what would happen. Surprisingly, I landed 'oh so softly'. I then started walking around and eventually lost lucidity.

    Upon waking up, I knew I could go straight back into another dream, and I did so pretty much effortlessly:

    I was now in a people-carrier with my friend Louie, some other guy I knew, and random people. Upon seeing Louie I was like ''DUDE!! I haven't seen you in ages man! How's it going? How's the weed?'' He said he was good and that he had stopped. I was like ''Good man! Same here, actually.'' Then the 'other guy' asked me how my education (college) was going. I told him ''It was going really well, until we got a week off 'cause of half term, and I then became lazy and did nothing. Since then, I haven't really been able to pick it back up.''
    I can't remember what happened next (if anything at all), but the dream then went to black. HOWEVER, I was adamant that I WOULDN'T let another lucid success go this early. I could see the slightest smidge of HI (I was awake at this point, I think, but I was totally unconscious of my body) held on to that slight image, and brought myself back into another dream.

    I found myself in a random house, lying next to somebody's bed on the floor. There was a man in it with glasses but I can't remember if I talked to him or not. I then thought to myself ''Hmm. What about a bit of lucid sex? I'll turn a corner and hopefully see Laura (this hawt as girl in the year above me at school) standing there if I believe it enough.
    Anyway, I got up, went out of the room and into a hallway. It was night time. There was some kid walking up and down the hallway holding a smaller child in his arms, and loads of doors either side of me. I thought to myself ''This house is huge. It must be some sort of foster care home like in Tracy Beaker or w/e'' I then decided to explore this place a bit and turned a corner. More doors. So, I went through a door expecting to see Laura. There was a small girl
    (aged 8-10 maybe) sitting on her bed watching TV. I thought ''No man. Just no.'' and went out the room, back down the hallway and saw that same kid again holding the smaller kid in his arms (he looked sad. I wondered what had happened to both of them), turned a corner and hoped for the best. No luck. So I ventured more around this strange place hoping to see her around every corner. Still nothing. Then I woke up.

    Now, I know more than this happened because I remember more people and more places, however, I really can't remember it well. In any case, I'm VERY proud of myself for doubling my lucid count in one morning!

      Awesome job man! That was some impressive dream chaining. Next time you are looking for someone specific, it helps to call their name out loud as you look for them. So as you turn those corners expecting to see the chick, call out, "Laura!" and it will improve the chances of her appearing.

      Hmm? I shall try that next time then. Although, I found it quite difficult to speak, let alone call out. How can I overcome that? I know I didn't do any RC's or lucid grounding techniques (which I really should have done, but didn't remember to do so at the time) maybe that would have helped.

      Yeah, a little stabilization will help with that. If you find that you can't talk, you can use your mind to call out. Just say the name of the person in your head as if you were calling out. Basically, you are calling out to the person with telepathy.
