    Still No Recall

    Couldn't remember a single dream last night. I think stress from school is what's blocking my recall, or that's what I noticed. When I had that really long streak of remembering all my dreams, it was during spring break. Even on the weekends I can't seem to recall much, if anything at all. Who knows, hopefully my recall will get better soon. :/

      Do you smoke? If you do this will definitely effect your dream recall

      Also, try drinking a cup of peppermint tea just before bed.

      This morning when i initially woke up i was a bit pi**ed off, i couldn't remember any dreams, but, a few minutes later tiny bits of information came back to me, and all of a sudden i completely remembered my dream.

      It helps to relax when you wake up and just try to remember without getting angry.

      Also, if you are waking up just in time to get to school, get to bed an hour earlier, and set your alarm an hour earlier.

      Haha, no I can't smoke. First it's illegal since I'm 16, and even if I wanted to, it would only make my asthma come back. xD

      A cup of peppermint tea also sounds nice, my mom just bought a whole bunch so I think I'll try some. And I also do need to relax, schools just really getting me stressed though and I'm sure the peppermint tea would help. Thanks for the advice!
