Don't really remember much except a fragment of some guy shouting at a group of people about how poorly planned the skyscraper he lived in was.
Because of poor planning, the residential floors commingled with private offices, inevitably leading to a bunch of noise and break-in because of it.

There were also these lizard beings that had landed on Earth, and mechs were thrown into the mix too I believe. Either way, not the best recall I've had.
