Oneirin's Dreamworld

I'm swiping through all the photos on my phone, and am a bit confused as to why there are so many stored on it now. I reason that s took a lot of them without letting me know. I transition to a set of photos of me playing with my dog. I see one where my dog is on her bag kicking me up into the air with her hind legs with a big smile on her face. I see my body suspended in the air above her and start laughing. I want to show it to people at a nearby table. I begin showing it to a DC, and the strangeness of the situation hits me. I become aware I'm in a dream, and ask the DC his name. He responds that his name is Viktor. I then tell Viktor "I'm lucid right now". The man is a very short old black male with a tan top hat and an innocent face. He's sitting at the head of a small rectangular table, and I'm sitting on the side to his left. He looks at me and asks, "Lucid? What does that even mean?". I tell him "Well, this is a dreamworld... as far as humans are concerned" as I start laughing a bit, feeling that it's ridiculous trying to explain my state of consciousness to a man who seems so unaccepting of the fact that that I'm viewing this reality differently than him. He expresses that he's here all the time. I progress to asking him how to make the lucid more stable, seeing this as a good opportunity to learn. He responds that his favorite way to stabilize is to rub his hands. Curious, I ask him what happens if he doesn't continue doing this every so often. He responds that things can get a bit blurry every once in a while being here. He then tells me he likes to apply pressure with two fingers to the base of his skull. I ask him what this does, and he says it will help sharpen vision. I stay at the table for a bit longer and it helps anchor me for a short time. I then feel that i'm waking up.
