Now that I can again get on the forum, I can post a few dreams.

I've had several short lucid interludes with a couple of, what I term, "Power Dreams" of a shamanic nature. The best just a couple of nights ago. I was in some very old structure and the spirits of several Ancestors were appearing, all looking happy and actually cheerful. I met them and called out to different Northern Gods as I walked through the structure. Then, I opened a door to a very ancient room. It was dark and musty. I called out "Odin, come forth!" A swirling blue shape came out and seemed to become Allfather Odin. I had very good energy from this dream. I was actually quasi-lucid.

Still listening to my own sleep meditations with my Bluetooth sleepmask. I'm also taking ZMA at bedtime and it seems to have boosted my dreams.
