I apparently have become quite used to listening to binaural beats because for some reason my mp3 player glitched out and didn't start up when I told it too. Anyways, this caused me to only remember 2 very vague dreams because the alpha waves didn't wake me up after each REM cycle.

#1 : I was at a Civil Air Patrol meeting and we were working on ground searches. Then the next thing I remember was we were all randomly at a cookout eating hot dogs.

#2 : While in context it might seem it was a false awakening, I don't think it was. All I remember was briefly logging onto DV and checking to see if my intro had any replies yet. Then it said it still had zero and had been deleted due to lack of response. Thats all i can remember at the moment. Hopefully I can remember some more as the day progresses. (usually does happen)

Note on false awakenings : Is it just me or does this seem like the easiest way to become lucid from a dream is a flase awakening?? It seems this way to me because you are expecting everything to be exactly like it is every morning when you get out of bed. While this should seem apparent in other dreams for some reason it seems sasier to remember in a false awakening. You find one little thing out of place and go "I'm dreaming". This was also how I had my first lucid dream.
