Saving the World... One Doughnut at a Time

The first thing I remember about this dream is that I was at this huge shopping center, kind of like a Super Walmart I guess. Anyways, it was really late at night and almost no one was in the store. I remember going to the freezer section and then spotting a group of peopole running really fast down the aisile. It was really wierd because they were carrying this box of doughnuts and had one of them out of the box. Seeing as how they hadn't paid for it yet I decided I would go and talk to them and make sure they paid for the one they took out of the box. As I approached them they took off. Suddenly, I was wearing a police uniform and was in hot pursuit. I'm not really sure how I suddenly became the law enforcement, or even why I was really chasing them but this is what happened. Anyways, we went all throughout the store. Turns out the store hadd actually closed while we were all in there and these people were up to something big. We neared the cash registers and suddenly they pulled a pistol on me! I stopped in my tracks as they told me to put my hands up. I had to think fast. I did have on a bullet proof vest but what if they didn't hit me in the chest? Well, somehow I knew that what they were up to was worth taking the chance. I dove to the side and they pulled the trigger. Thankfully, all I heard was a 'click'. (they must of forgot to pull the hammer back) I pulled my Kimber .45 from its holster and hit the guy with the pistol in the shoulder. Then the other two layed on the ground. I called the rest of the force to the store and the FBI showed up as well. As we were examining all the stuff they had with them it turns out they had this tripod thing with a tube for launching rockets on it. It had 6 rockets on it and we looked at the little GPS thing on the tripod. They were going to try and launch these rockets at Washington DC! It was a good thing we stopped them. Also upon examination, the one doughnut they had out of the box actualy contained the launch keys... very cleverly hidden. Then, as is stereotypical of cops, we cracked open the box of dougnuts and went to get some coffee. (they were those really good powdered sugar ones with cherry filling too)
