1:00AM sleep time 2hrs.

Something about a doing dishes, a gas station, a long familiar dream road. WBTB alarm. Looking at phone. Then strange indescribable optical illusions.

I wake up and remember not to move. I did move one foot before I caught myself. I try to DEILD. Evertime I get close my heart rate would go up and my breathing would quicken and totally ruin it. I have been unable to sleep since. I'm so fucking pissed. Maybe it was the Super B Complex vitamin I took? Hard to believe that would induce such insomnia.
