Name change.
Look I know this is probably the worst time ever for this. I've been here a long time, and through the years my name "GestaltAlteration" has grown increasingly dull. Recently I've decided I really don't have any love for the field of psychology anymore, and words like "Gestalt" have lose their flavor. I've read somewhere before about having one name change and I wasn't sure wither to post it here or in the meta forums. Well anyway, whatever.
Maybe you can help me with it, but I've already gone through a list of names I would much rather be called. The one I keep coming back to is Wetpus. Can an admin or moderator contact me about this, or just go ahead and change it for me? I would greatly appreciate it.

Huh, well I guess I can see how it can be taken the wrong way... the name has a lot of IRL significance to me so I'd really like it. Still if this is not acceptable could an admin or mod get in contact with me? Thanks.

GestaltAlteration makes you sound educated and multilingual. Wetpus makes you sound like God-knows-what.
Although you could use something shorter and easier to type... I never know whether it's Gest, or Gestalt, or GA

You need to PM an admin, and even then, they may or may not approve the name change. Making a thread about it is not going to help your case.
