Welcome Lahzo, what a surprise! |

Heeelllooo. I'm Lahzo, I've been on the forums for a few years now. I don't post very often but I'm trying to get more involved. I was part of the Intro Course but decided that I'd try my hand at the DILD course. |

I've tried B6 before and it worked wonders but I'm trying to bring myself to a point of self-reliance for lucid dreams, rather than needing supplements. I take a daily multivitamin that has quite a bit of B6 in it and I feel as if that's enough for me to be comfortable taking. |

Yeah, mantras are best used just one per day, as not to confuse the mind. Although I frequently mix them up too. Oh well. When I remember, I say thank you for my dreams and what I liked about them - the datails and such. Our mind listens, all we have to do is tell it what we want. And I ask for more dreams like that. Try it, you have nothing to lose. |

I had quite a bit of luck this weekend for lucid dreaming! I went to visit my friend at her school in New York and had one while I was there. I fell asleep on her dorm floor and had one of the most disgusting and vile dreams ever: |

Holy... now that's intense! Wow! But I guess it helped you to get lucid. Hey, we take them any way we can |

I have returned! And I am, again, successful! |

Summer winter - that's awesome! |

Even more luck a few days ago! I was sleeping at my brother's new house (he moved up from West Virginia) and I slept on the floor. His dogs barked at something and it woke me up and I tried to fall back asleep. I fell ALMOST asleep and caught myself, then was catapulted into a lucid dream. The feeling was like nothing before and the visuals were amazing. It was like, in Avatar, when they are put into the body of the Na'vi and they see the blue and white tunnel! |
