Hey there.
It's been a while since my last post,but quote on quote AC/DC "Back in black!!".
So since i haven't had much 'material' to work with lately,i am going to describe my goals and realisations on dreaming in general.
The purpouse of it all right now,before talking about LDing,is the fact that i've been working out for the past 2 years now and so my sleeping schedule was chaotic. Implying my HGH was probably lower and further more testosterone. STEP ONE:Sleep at least 8 hours per night.
Right after that we have that nice REM sleep and hence dreaming (lucid or not). 
I still think that Dreams are so powerful that it can tell how you are doing better than a psicanalist,psychologist,etc..
Infact i can notice a huge variety of references through out my dreams,and explain why i was feeling like that way in the moment of the dream.
STEP TWO:Bring back the pre frontal cortex activation successfully!
One thing that i hear alot from Oneironauts is the fact of how important is the feeling of getting lucid,or noticing something wrong in the middle of a dream. This will come in handy when doing WBTB.
My current practice is Writting down in my DJ ,doing RCs through out the day ,And last but not least doing lots of visualizations !
