      Mathieudon's DILD Workbook

Hello there my name is Mathieu and I've had 7 lucid dreams in total all of them were DILD's but I got these lucid dreams before really looking in to them I did record my dreams in me DJ and knew about lucid dreaming but all of my lucid dreams besides one were a few seconds. Now I know about alot of stabalization techniques so I am ready for my next lucid dream but it's been a while I started to pick up RC's in real life and started to be really active on DV. My DJ is also going well I am atleast recording a dream a night but most of the time more bu i just can't get a lucid dream even when I do alot of RC's

      Reality Checks
I do my reality checks 3 at the time most of the times but I am not sure if I have to do a RC when i think about it or just have a sort of schedule that everytime I enter the bathroom I do one or only when I see something out of place or something that is weird. My favourite once are:
      Nose pinching
Looking at hands and counting fingers
Looking at watch at look away to see if time changed
I try to do them without thinking ofcourse I'm not dreaming and use a mantra ' Next time im dreaming im aware ' And ' I lucid dream '

      Meditation
I don't do meditation of any kind but I really want to start lucid dreaming so I was wondering if on of you could maybe help me with what kind of meditation I should puck up that would really help me with my lucid dreaming.

      Dream Journal
I record my dreams and at least one dream a night most of the time more but I record my dreams on my cellphone I don't know if this is somehow bad if so please tell me. I only record the dream I don't write the date down or how long i slept or how vivid it was I only wrte down the dream if this is also really bad please tell me.

      Dream signs
I find it really hard to find my dream signs I am also not sure if a dream sign is in every single dream or just in alot of them if so I have a few ideas about what my dream signs could be.
I think I just found some dream signs.
