      Starting Off, Having Trouble

Hello everyone I am a new member to this forum and i have some questions I would like to ask based on some of my experiences. First off after watching the movie inception I have been very interested in the study of dreams and would love nothing more than to one day control a dream even if it be for a minute. My problem is that i rarely can wake up and remember my dreams, rarely meaning less than once a month. Can this be changed? I bring this up because i find it hard to beleive i could even attempt dream control if i dont ever have dream let alone know im dreaming. I have in fact had knowledge that i was dreaming while dreaming once or twice in my life. Any tips, information, or resources to more information would be appreciated.
      -thanks guys

      Welcome to the forum

There is a lot of information & friendly members here to help you at Dreamviews.

You could also check our Tutorial Sections for some more information.

Try your best to wake up slowly and work on remembering your dreams day by day.
Most people have spent a long time ignoring their dreams.
You may find that keeping a journal (dream journal) near the bed to record dreams might help.

      Like anything it takes practice.

      Hope you like here.

Absolutely. Starting and keeping a daily dream journal is probably the most important step toward improving recall. It may also help to tell yourself as you're going to sleep that you will remember your dreams from that night.
