I tried this last night. I read this before bed, so it was in my subconscious, and I actually saw a DC shoot electricity before I tried it. I shot white-blue rays out of my hands pretty successfully. Next I tried fire, but I wasn't able to produce more than a thin flame, like a stretched-out candle. There's another power that I've found be super difficult, which is reaching through things, melting through walls, etc. I don't know if that's classified as an actual "power" since you don't shoot things out of your fingers or something. If I'm flying toward a wall I can melt through it easily, but if I'm stationary and feeling the wall underneath my fingertips, it's very difficult to convince my brain that I can reach my hand through it.

I had a similar experience a few nights ago. Usually if I decide to start flying while inside, I just melt through the roof. I usually close my eyes before I do this. This time I wanted to know what melting through the roof looked like. When my eyes were open I couldn't go through it, the roof would just bend like rubber. I only tried a couple of times, though, since I didn't want to get distracted from a goal I was trying to achieve.
