Time Machine... Or other similar time powers.

Hey everyone it's DreamHacker here just asking if you guys know any tips on how to time travel with powers or a machine, because I had a non-lucid experience the other night where I had a Time machine and went back in time. But the experience wasn't ideal. So if you have any tips please feel free to share them.

P.S. This can also be a place where people can talk freely about time travel and other related subjects.

If a man believes his dream is his reality when he wakes up is this now his dream or does he believe he hadn't been dreaming at all?

Well it's as easy to travel back in time as it is to travel around in space. It's just a change of scenery really. Just spin around or whatever and instead of imagining your house or your street, imagine a castle or something.

If you want idea's of how to get there, try walking through a portal, sitting in a time machine and setting the time there, or opening a book and picking a page that shows the time you want to go to.

The word on the street is that a T.A.R.D.I.S can take you to any point in time you want

I've never actually time traveled in a lucid dream. But if I was going to time travel, I'd take a T.A.R.D.I.S
      Spoiler for tardis pic:

Anything that helps you rationalize time travel will aid you in attaining this goal. It'd be easy for me to time travel in a TARDIS because I associate the TARDIS with time travel.

      T.A.R.D.I.S FTW.

      I would go Tardis too.

It would be, but keep in mind that the most awesome part still needs to be what's outside that police box door when you exit the Tardis. To really make the machine work, you have to have an excellent sense of when you want to visit, before you go to sleep, lest you step through that door and find yourself in a scene unchanged timewise, but surrounded by DC's who insist that you time-traveled. Not much fun!

The real power here is your own expectations -- prepare them well, and whenever you go will be very cool, lucid or not.
