      Non lucid control

Two days ago I read peoples experiences about flying in lucid dreams, I allready knew about it but I read experience reports. That night in my dream I flew superman style, and turned into a bird and flew, I also was inside the game halo.
And last night I was in halo again and I also had another dream last night were I was magic. Like Harry potter.
These are some of the things that I want to do when I'm lucid but I did them non lucidly two nights in a row.
Is it normal to have this mich control in normal dreams?

Sometimes you do. People who play games alot in which they're used to be in control of a character, usually have more "control" dreams.

I would agree and disagree. I play games quite a bit, and they are ones where you control a person. But all I ever dream of is being that person again, in the game still, but all dreamy and random. I have never had more control because of games. This is proven by the fact that I am 6 months in to lucid dreaming and my control hasn't budged at all. My recall has gone up, but that's unrelated.

I never play video games or anything that I can really "control" in real life, but I occasionally have dreams involving flying and such.

But what constitutes "normal" in a dream, anyways? Everyone is different after all.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
