I was probably because you were already panicking, before you start stabilising, try to calm down first. Becoming calm to stabilise is a major part of staying in a dream, it's tough when there is alot of stuff going on, personally I just try to zone out. |

I really recommend crawling, try to get your whole body involved. |

It's ok man that happens, just remember NOTHING can hurt you IN your dreams whether it's some type of bodily dysfunction or what not. You have control over everything you do. Shouting out commands is another way of stabilizing as well. Try to experiment with different things and find something that works for you. |

Everyone tends to be different with their experiences. I think its unlikely for someone to become mortally wounded from a dream, so just keep cool. The mind is powerful, certain things can happen if you believe it can with enough will power. |
