The links Gab gave are helpful. Stabilization is about stimulating your senses. Stop for a moment and just look around you. Focus on the details, feel the texture of things, smell the scents, hear the sounds, etc. Doing this will cause your brain to create new details in the dream which will make you stay it in longer and make the dream more vivid. |
