      This is Becoming a Problem.

Hey guys, it has been a while. Lately i've been attempting to attain lucidity again, and this morning it appears i did. I got up at around 7 30 to say bye to a family member who's going on vacation, and went back to bed around 7 45. It is now 11 15 and felli am awake. I acquired lucidity during the third dream segment i can remember. I was sitting on a park bench overlooking the water of the sea wall, and noticed a ferry falling down from the sky- which fell into a 747 or other planes view and they collided. From there i was so confused, I turned to my friend and said let's do a reality check. I did the finger-through-palm check and it worked, i knew i was dreaming. My friend did an rc too, and we confirmed it was a dream. I just ran for the railing at the side of the sea wall and jumped over, attempting to fly- but woke up.

Now i didn't just wake from excitement, and back into reality- but i woke up into another dream... A false awakening. Lately when i've been trying to acquire lucidity- when i do, i just wake up into another dream- think its reality, and report my dream in another dream world. For instance in this scenario i talked to my friend who was in the lucid about how 'we' acquired lucidity etc. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks
Is it really real or am I still dreaming?

It doesn't happen to me frequently but if you can maybe you should start doing an RC the moment you wake up, make it a habit so that you can become lucid in all your false awakenings.
      Congrats on the lucid btw

Thanks, i got into lucid dreaming two summers ago and had about 30, but now i've realized its something i need to get back into.

Yeah i thought about doing RC's when waking up, so i don't fall for the false awakenings... Thanks for the advice.
