hmm sounds like you just have some instances where you briefly lose awareness. It happens to me once in a while. I will remain in the extremely vivid dream but doze off and forget I'm dreaming for like a minute, and random stuff will happen for a while. Then suddenly be like oh shit I forgot I'm dreaming! and become lucid again. In my experience practicing all day awareness will help keep your attention on the dream. Also interact with the dream as much as you can. Do whatever you can to use your senses. Talk out loud, touch anything around you, and keep doing reality checks and such. |
