      Wierd Lucid Dream

      Recently i had a really vivid and lucid dream i was so lucid i knew that DC where parts of myself everything was going fine but there were like cutscenes in my lucid dream where i would just be on another place not lucid and this was going maybe 2-3 times in my lucid dream and its really annoying how do i get rid of it?

      PS: While i was in these "cutscenes" i was testing if it was a dream but it seems i couldnt find anything wrong.

      hmm sounds like you just have some instances where you briefly lose awareness. It happens to me once in a while. I will remain in the extremely vivid dream but doze off and forget I'm dreaming for like a minute, and random stuff will happen for a while. Then suddenly be like oh shit I forgot I'm dreaming! and become lucid again. In my experience practicing all day awareness will help keep your attention on the dream. Also interact with the dream as much as you can. Do whatever you can to use your senses. Talk out loud, touch anything around you, and keep doing reality checks and such.

      That sounds right i am already doing ADA but its still hard to really focus on stuff in a dream untill u become really good the main thing i want to get is awarenes nothing else.

      yea I know what you mean, its one of my main struggles too haha. Just keep practicing, as long as you stay committed you'll imrove

      I frigging did a reality check last night in my dream, but my non-lucid was so coherant and vivid that my brain made me pass the reality check! Should have done the nose test... Damn it. But yea, this happens to me too. I will be super focused on a task, then all of a sudden I will be viewing something from another point of view, and I will lose lucidity for a while. It just happens! As you practice, your hold on your dream world will get stronger and stronger. Its like exercising a dream muscle!
